The team at Richard Young Window and Gutter cleaning did a great job at my house. The skylights were washed and the roof was blown off after the leaves and debris were bagged so that this did not get blown all over my landscape which would have needed further cleanup. The service people were on time and courteous.

Richard Young had been cleaning out windows and gutters for years. We have 23 ceiling to floor windows, two sets of French doors and a large egress window in the basement. They clean them all inside and out twice a year in less than an hour and they look spectacular when they’re finished! They also clean out the gutters twice a year and bag the leaves so they don’t fall in my gardens.All their guys are very friendly and professional! I highly recommend this business.

They worked around inclement weather to ensure our gutters were cleaned out before winter. The techs that serviced our property were polite, informative, and even helped patch a couple of minor leaks. We'll work with them again next season as well.

I have used Richard Young Window and Gutter for both my windows and gutters. No reason to look anywhere else. They are very reliable and do all the work by hand. We have very large windows with southern exposure so every dog print, finger print and raindrop is noticeable. It's like a whole new view when they have finished! Thank you!

The men did a thorough job cleaning my gutters all the way up to the third floor. Everything was cleaned up before they left. It looked so good that you would never know that they were here. I had called to schedule gutter cleaning service and left a voicemail. After a week my call was returned and appointment was booked for 3 weeks in advance( I understand it’s peak season)

On day of appointment the timeframe for service was 12:45-1:45pm. After no one arrived for service I called and nobody answered. Then at 2:15pm I received a text that I wasn’t getting service and someone would “call me in a few days” to reschedule.

Very unprofessional.

The young men who did my
windows did a 10/10 job…but seemed like there were so many issues with the estimate. I get one number but then charged another… its like the office isnt doing estimates correctly. Also seemed like the workers were on a time crunch because the job took a bit longer because my windows were so grotesque… i would recommend but their scheduling and estimates need to be more accurate and under control. their work is phenomenal tho!

Just had 2 guys come clean my windows. Scheduling wasn't good. Waited almost 2 months get someone out. Worst part when they cleaned my screen glass doors. Did inside front screen glass door they put a 8 1/2 inch long scratch on my glass window part of it. Appears instead of the rubber part of the squeegee touching the window they must have scraped the metal part on it. I noticed it when they were cleaning up and getting ready to go. I didn't mention it to them because they probably would have denied it. Very disappointed in the poor workmanship and negligence. Update: they sent a email asking for a referral promising to take real good care of them. I figured maybe they would take real good care of a current customer that they damaged my glass window. I sent them a email explaining they damaged my glass I never heard back from them. They have horrible customer service. What a joke.
