Loved the experience as a new client to MaidPro. The service providers that came to my home were very polite and professional, gave me the chance to check their work before they left to ensure I was pleased which I was ! I am a busy person and it is a treat to come home to a clean home. I am looking forward to my next cleaning.

I had MaidPro come in after a bathroom remodel. The entire house was coated in drywall dust and overall construction dirt. They did a fantastic job! Highly recommend.

Please be aware of using their service. We had used their move in clean service and they estimated around $400 and we were okay with it. She even said that the estimate is at the higher end. She even promised to do the partial basement. This was an empty house with brand new carpets, brand new toilets, brand new light fixtures, brand new vanities, tiling, etc. There was no furniture in the house. They sent 2 ladies who could not get 30% of the job done in 4 hours. My wife called the owner to report the status immediately within 2 hours because we felt they were not planning to complete the job. She said we charge hourly. We waited for 2 hours to see if they would complete and they were not even close. We immediately asked them to stop and leave as their service was not satisfactory. Her own employees were complaining about the owner and how they had made big mistakes in the past. She charged us 448.59 for completing 30% of job. These people are not professional but just a RIP OFF!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

For the amount of money I paid, it is not worth it. At first glance my house looked ok, but the maid didn’t move anything on tables desk etc to dust; she just dusted the front of each piece of furniture. Plus when I got a quote from them, they didn’t say it would be that amount plus tax. I specifically asked if the amount quoted was total for everything and they said yes. Kate was my cleaner. Although she was nice, she did the bare minimum. I tipped her $50 which was more than 20%, but after closer inspection of my house I wouldn’t have tipped her $5

Danielle and Kaitlyn were very respectful of the fact that while they were at the house I was working at home. Normally I can do the housework but I had just had knee replacement surgery and getting around is tough, so they made my kitchen appliances sparkle more then they ever did!! They did a great job, and the house was a mess, I hate to admit it, but when you are in pain things tend to not get done!

Bethany is an excellent cleaner. Does a better job than I would. She’s thorough and doesn’t take shortcuts. I have tried other cleaners since moving back to WNY. Bethany is by far the best.

Karry & Gabrielle did a fantastic job. I am thrilled with how clean my house came out. They were on time and very thorough. I also love that they are great with my dogs. Highly recommend MaidPro and Karry & Gabrielle

Katie did an phenomenal cleaning on Tuesday. Everything shines! Sinks, mirrors, even light switch covers gleam!! I have two cats, so fur is common. Vacuuming and dusting are a must and Katie always does a fantastic job. Miss Katie is a wonderful representative of the Maidpro organization.
