I can't share any details from my experience from this place. Their Orchard Park phone number is disconnected. And they don't answer the phone or return phone calls. I've called three times and left three messages. I don't think the MaidPro is in business anymore

Asked for hardwood floors, bathrooms and woodwork to be done, that's it!

At first inspection, the tile ledge in shower hadn't been done, because it was, "too high".
When questioning what we might do to get it done, I was asked if I have a step stool...
Of course I did, but the point was if I hadn't asked I would not have gotten it done,

To date the floors are half done, spots left on hardwood, no woodwork has been done.
The kicker, the tile ledge in the bath, a step, hadn't been touched as it was dusty. Why? As they spend 2 hours on a small list of cleaning, I have no idea.

I brought the short comings to their attention after the first visit. They gave me a free cleaning, I would just like the right cleaning.
They are cheap enough, but the nice girls they send must have blinders on when they see a mark on a wall or floor and do nothing proactively to remedy. They don't think about getting more work or offering an observation that might be work for them.
As for the products used-my house never has that just cleaned smell of freshness.
I asked them to use a product with bleach and I got OSHA pushback about not being allowed to use it.
I will try another service but would love to find a good old fashioned cleaning lady...
Don't see myself as being that fussy, and again disappointed as my goal is to have weekly cleaning with the right folks.

Lauren and Katie clean our house every week and do a great job. We have been using maid pro for 6 months and have consistently been satisfied.

Maidpro has not come to do the job we are scheduled to have done on a biweekly basis 2 of the last 4 scheduled times. They do not have enough people to cover call ins when an employee does not show up so they are just skipping scheduled cleanings, my home included.

My wife gave birth on 11-3-2021. That means that when she was 8.5 months pregnant with a toddler at home and then again when she had a 1 week old to care for the company that we paid to have our home cleaned by, at the most important time possible did not do what we hired them for. As of the cancellation this Tuesday we were told we would have someone call back to try and schedule a cleaning and a week later noone has contacted us.

There is a waiting list for this service so I signed up in March for the first availability which was May. I did this to ensure we had someone doing the job when my wife was ready to give birth and had a new born, the times we needed this service the most. I have paid this very expensive service since May 2021 specifically to ensure that right now we have the help we needed and we are not receiving it. We really did not need the last 6 months of this bill but i was willing to pay for it throughout that time fram to ensure that right now when my wife needs to be home, resting and caring for a new born she has 0 stress at all about the cleanliness of our home. Not only is that not the case she has added stress from this service not doing their jobs and not communicating. A few weeks back they cancelled on us as well while my wife was 35 weeks pregnant and immobile. She did not vaccuum or clean anything she anticipated our service covering on purpose and then they cancelled. When i contacted MaidPro saying it is unacceptable they offered to clean our home 11 days later which would be a couple days before our next scheduled cleaning.
It was pointless to pay to have d the same service done 2x in 3 days.

This company is understaffed, overbooked and very well may be overwhelmed right now. They should not be taking new clients right now as they cannot service their current ones.

I have my home cleaned bi-weekly and I love it! My regular, Josh, works quickly and is thorough! He is also friendly and always leaves a kind note. I plan to use this service for years to come!
