Aldo is the man! I know it was a busy day on his end (evening before Thanksgiving), but he rolled up punctually, with a pleasant demeanor and ready to work. We had a small lists of tasks- install a toilet, change a few valves, unclog a few sinks, but Aldo handled each job quickly, effectively, and left the work areas clean. KNJ Plumbing saved the day after ConEd found a gas leak, put a red tag on meter and locked it! KNJ repaired the leak within an hour and we were able to get ConEd back out the same day to turn gas back on!!

JR and Mark are everything you want in a plumber—super responsive, no-nonsense, and knowledgeable. We called them for help with a list of small issues around our new home, which they addressed quickly and at a fair price. But what earned JR a spot as our new go-to plumber was his kindness in helping us fix an after hours emergency issue we had, which we had been working with another plumber (unsuccessfully) to resolve. JR was able to help us reset a sensor on our boiler over the phone, and saved us from having to go another weekend without hot water (the other plumbers simply had no idea what they were doing, spent an hour fiddling with a bunch of wires, and told us we needed to replace an entirely different valve when a simple Google search would have told them they just needed to reset the sensor with a special sequence—which JR knew right away). We had already been without hot water for a week at this point, so when JR was able to save the day on a Friday night he became a household hero for us! He and Mark are our first calls from now on!
