I recently had a leak in my laundry room, and after two hours of thorough research, I chose Pro Boyz Drain Cleaning and Plumbing Services. From the very start, their professionalism stood out. As a Structural Engineer, I pay close attention to detail, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their work. Their expertise and efficiency were remarkable, exceeding my expectations. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Pro Boyz has my highest recommendation for anyone in need of plumbing services.

Great service. I scheduled service for 10 am. They arrived at 9.30 am. First they checked the problem , then told me how they fix it, then fixed it professionally. After all they doubled checked if there was any leak. Over all, great job. I will definitely call them again.

Proboyz saved the day on two separate occasions after plumbing disasters. One was a real emergency and they were at my house within half an hour. They're smart, responsive, work hard, and get the job done quick.

the service guys were great. I feel bad for them as I write this review because they really did a wonderful job. This is more like a big company rotor-rooter experience. But worse because at least rotor-rooter tells you that they will attempt to rob you and you have an opportunity to decline.

So customer be vigilant and cautious. The work is quality, get a quote in advance and stick to it. it's my own fault, I was tired, complacent...Will never call this outfit again.

We suddenly had a pipe burst at 11 pm last night. We called a bunch of companies and they were the only ones to pick up! Immediately scheduled themselves to come in this morning and helped us take care of the issue.

I've had the worst experience with this company. I found them on Angie's list and called them to fix a backup of my pipes. They did not quote me before they did the job and completely blindsided me with their high price. I spoke with Andre and told him that the price was too high; had I known I would not have agreed to go with this company. He threatened me and cursed at me, calling me derogatory names while being a misogynist. Even after the terrible experience, the pipes were backed up again two months later and I hired another company, who fixed the pipes. I would avoid this predatory company.
