I want to warn everyone about the level of unprofessionalism I experienced with this company. Andre, who calls himself the owner, is a complete joke. These people bill you whatever they want with no breakdown or explanation. If you try to question the bill, they can’t or won’t explain it properly. Andre just talks and talks but refuses to put any explanation in writing. It feels like they are robbing people blindly. I paid for the same problem to be fixed three times, and it was never resolved until Richard, the actual owner, came and fixed it himself. Andre is rude and has zero customer service skills; he seriously needs to go back and get some training. Richard seems great, but with an employee like Andre, who acts like a con artist, the company’s reputation is completely ruined. Even worse, Andre curses at customers when caught trying to scam them and then can’t come up with a decent excuse. That says a lot about the company as a whole. Trust me, they won’t be in business much longer at this rate. To my fellow homeowners — stay far away from this company.

The gentlemen that came to service my boiler came in no time. They were extremely professional and kind and gave me “service with a smile”. I highly recommend both of them for any job needed. They truly are a great find and I will definitely be using them again.
