Im very grateful for the way Joe from JP Plumbing handled my problem with the water leak. It was not easy to detect as it came from the water main and between 2 floors. His plumber Lidio came late on Saturday as promised and straight to work. Lidio is a real gentleman with excellent knowledge and experience and very well mannered. 2 other plumbers came trying to do the job but we're unable to.
Lidio finished the job properly correctly and with a happy smile and everyone is happy.
I wish I can give JP Plumbing 10 stars.

This morning I noticed a leaking pipe and our previous plumber noted they wouldn’t be able to get to us for 5+ days!! We called Joe and he was at our house within an hour! First of all a human being answers with a big hello. He told me his men would be at my house in an hour and they were. The men came in cleaned the house trap. They needed to change the two 40 year old toilets. Plus some small adjustments. All done in one day. I think it was very reasonable price. Thank you to the men that fixed my plumbing with professionalism and a smile.

The guys did an amazing job! I was worried with the work that was needed and they came assessed the situation with confidence that gave me ease. The work that was completed was fantastic and they took care of my issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their services.

I had a fantastic experience with JP Plumbing and Sewer today. They came right away and proceeded to fix a very serious issue that needed replacement of my pipes and buying a new faucet for my kitchen sink. The person they sent came, evaluated the issue, and then after they confirmed I was ok with the cost, went to buy the faucet for me and made sure it was a great quality and then came back and very quickly finished the job. The faucet is amazing and I am beyond happy with it and I would have never known what to get myself. I feel as if it is Christmas! He also installed a soap dispenser which was part of the faucet kit. He also alerted me to another issue with my hot water which is a building issue. He also looked at other issues in my bathroom and advised me on them. He was polite, helpful and very efficient and knowledgeable.

I am very happy with the company, and would recommend them highly to anyone, in crisis or not.

Mike and his brother are truly amazing! I had a company come out that had no idea what they were doing. Mike came out in less than 20 min fixed the issue, cleaned up after himself and took his shoes off! I am totally impressed by this company. They are skilled and confident in their work. Roto-Rooter services was quick, professional and knowledgeable about our sewer problem. Pedro was very professional, he explained everything along the way, gave us a quote before he started and made recommendations to prevent future problems, he also cleaned up before leaving. I must also mention I called late evening and Pedro came within 1hr. The next day they sent a tech with a camera that goes through the entire line and showed us all the areas that is creating our issues. I would definitely recommend this company.

The advertise free estimate but needed to charge me $630 to snake the pipe before they can use the camera to see the problem. When they used the camera they got to where the clog was and told me I need a new house trap but would not go into the crawl space to try and clear the clog. Told be I needed new pipes, which I do since it's old cast iron. Told me the job would be $8300. Then manager walks back, looked at a toilet elbow and told me it would be an additional $1400 to because the toilet elbow is lead and needs to get changed too. $9700!!! I was desperate at the time and considered it. I then went to home depot and rented an automatic snake, like they had, for $100. I went into the crawl space and unclogged the trap myself. Their pitch was, we are expensive but we will do it right. The only thing good about them is that they can respond very quickly but will take advantage of the situation. I lost out on $630 plus tax and had to do the work myself. I have the pipe replacement scheduled with a local plumber for $1400 to replace old pipes and another $800 to replace the junctions which include the toilet elbow. Throw your money away if you want, but I won't. I can only image the people who fell victim to their predatory pricing. This should be illegal.

For a scheduled Sunday call regarding a shower drain backup. ( non Emergency). I was scheduled for a 4 Hour window from 8am to 12 pm. I received a call from dispatch at 8:00 am and told my tech was on the way. At 9:15 Miguel showed up. Miguel explained clearly the price ( higher than expected). Not his fault. He did except my online coupon. Well it was a tough clogged.too some time , But Miguel got it. He cleaned up after and we talked about prevention techniques for my clog. I am very happy with the Sunday service I got. Miguel was professional and courteous to my time and space.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. From scheduling the appointment online to payment at the end, everything was so convenient and easy. They called me the morning of the appointment to remind me and let me know the technician would be here within the hr. The technician Rich was friendly and informative, and he did a great job. Much better experience than dealing with other service providers.
