Overall the experience was good. The technician came out when he said he would and was very informative. The service is not cheap in any way!!! Yet he was good. The follow up person with the camera let me know in no uncertain way that he was doing what he did as a courtesy. In short as if he was doing me a favor. Was late despite having been told by the first technician he would be there in an hour.

Ernesto was prompt, organized, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He knew the issues and immediately fixed it. He explained pricing, the estimates and my options. He was a great help and I appreciated the service!

Miguel did an amazing job! We were so thankful he was able to fix our shower drain and kitchen sink so quickly all with a smile the day before the Fourth of July! Highly recommend

Had trouble with our kitchen drain, another plumbing company came twice and could not solve the problem. I called Roto Rooter, within 2 hours they came. Mark was a true professional, coming in and explaining the prices, giving us great discounts. Less than an hour later, problem resolved. He came in, left the place cleaner than before and gave visual tests for our peace of mind that the problem has been fixed. You might pay more for this company but they're work comes with a 6 month warranty and you get a professional service. Highly recommend! Thank you Mark!

Half ass job done by two guys. One guy was okay but the other guy was stoned out of his mind saying we should leave the vanity outside for the insurance claim. We had photos of the vanity and explained that him only for him to start laughing uncontrollably. They did damage to the house removing the tiles and didn’t finish the job. $3,000+ job and it was half assed. I wouldn’t recommend them

Roto Rooter isn't cheap, as others have noted, but I called on a Saturday morning and a dripping pipe and a clogged bathtub drain, and they had a technician at my house in under an hour. Joseph was professional and kind and incredibly helpful-- he had the repairs done efficiently and effectively. This was the most positive experience I've ever had working with a plumber.

The whole process was easy and efficient. I made the appointment with a friendly and very capable phone rep. Service was scheduled and the service tech, Danny, arrived in 45 minutes. Danny was knowledgeable, fixed the problem and cleaned up. Very professional

I had a clogged/slow moving water tub/shower and I quickly did a Google search and Roto Rooter came up. Read a few reviews and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Denis arrived he was very nice, proffesional and friendly. Denis got to work- was finished within an hour and now i have a normal tub/shower w no slow moving water. Thabk you Denis!

Update: I emailed Pat below and he did refund me the full $150 for the video inspection that was not delivered. Overall, this was a very messy and costly experience, but I appreciate the Customer Satisfaction Manager following through.

I called for annual pipe maintenance. The technician that showed up quoted $600 to snake both internal and external pipes, plus $150 for a video inspection (discounted from $650, he said). He finished the snaking in 20 minutes and left. A second technician then arrived saying he was there to perform a basic free complimentary live video inspection with no recorded footage. He refused to acknowledge the receipt we received from the first technician and left when we pushed back on the discrepancy.

When I called the office to request a $150 refund for the video service that wasn't delivered, the rep claimed she didn't know their own flat-rate pricing and had to call me back. She then told me the service cost is $683 — $83 more than the quoted $600 — and refused to honor the original quote, dismissing it as a "he said, she said" situation. They have yet to issue even the partial refund they acknowledged they owed.

Absolutely horrible experience with hours of my time wasted and a ridiculous cost for 20 minutes of work.

I needed to hire a licensed plumber for my home renovation in Eastchester. Johnny from Proflow came highly recommended.
Johnny filed for the permits and inspections.
He completed a full plumbing rough -in(2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room), re-piped my boiler system, waste, water and gas lines. I also had him add a whole home water filtration system. His work was second to none.
I will definitely use Johnny from Proflow for all my future plumbing needs!

ProFlow company was the only company that responded immediately and fixed the issues in the bathroom and fitted new sink in the kitchen and provided additional recommendations for improvements. Highly recommended if you want professional, swift help with your plumbing work.
