Flotech installed a utility sink. Josh thoughtfully assessed the plumbing and came up with a smart, efficient plan. Dave the plumber did excellent clean work. Timely, kind, and efficient, I can’t recommend them enough.

Very professional company. My family and friends have been using Flotechs since there start. Very responsive to the initial call, great turn around service, great punctuality, and especially an amazing crew of Master Mechanics that are kind, courteous, explain the problems in detail, and are very neat in the house. Flotechs Plumbing & Heating definitely get 5 Gold Stars.

Did not get a chance to use them cause they were hard to get a hold of to even schedule an appt. I have a 9-5 job and they did call me back, left a voicemail, but there’s no after hours when I tried to reach back after work. I called Roto Rooter and they picked up at 8pm and I had a tech handle my plumbing issue the same night. Sorry but there are better options…

Flotechs Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing the water heater at my store as well as replacing faucet and drain handles. While at the site, they also did an excellent job cleaning out the grease trap.
They are very dependable and professional.

Flotechs' plumbers were professional and courteous. Arrived at my home within the time frame indicated when appointment was scheduled. Did a great job replacing my water heater and the turn around time from initial call to installation was impressive.

I called Flowtechs Plumbing early in the morning because of a potential gas leak around our dryer. Johnnie arrived a few hours later and immediately assessed the situation, confirmed no gas leak from the line and then recommended replacing the vent hose given the very poor condition of the current one.

We then took Johnnie through the house to discuss other plumbing issues we had including fixing a leaky tub faucet and a toilet that was not flushing to full capacity.

Johnnie was an incredible technician with the ultimate customer service attitude. He took the time to explain situations, recommendations and listened patiently to our questions before answering them. I have never had such a positive experience with plumbing professionals.

This experience has made us permanent Flowtech customers for as long as we live in the area.

They did an outstanding job. Very professional, competent., friendly, and excellent cleanup. Explained all procedures clearly, were on time and very efficient. Awesome cleanup when finished. This is the third time I have used them for both plumbing and heating. Always excellent and reliable. Should I need work dome in the future, I will most certainly use them.

They came over immediately for an evaluation on short notice, and were perfectly professional. They were able to urgently locate a replacement -- the model was specialized and took great effort to find -- then promptly returned and handled the replacement that day -- all for over a thousand dollars less than a local competitor. The president, Josh Benjamin, was uniquely responsive, efficient, and helpful, dealing with a flurry of calls from me. A wonderful company that instantly made me an enthusiastic and loyal customer. Everything I could possibly hope for in a repairman.

I was in desperate need of a reliable plumber! I posted on the app “Nextdoor” and was referred to FloTechs. Josh was very nice and got me a reasonable quote within a couple days. I had my leaky sink fixed, replaced an instant hot water fixture, had a new toilet and vanity installed in the bathroom and then had the valves replaced/added to the main water line in the basement. The work occurred over two days and every single worker from the company was nice, knowledgeable and hard working. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them! 5 stars!

I have used Flotech a number of times over the years and each service call is handled with the utmost professionalism. They know what they are doing, their advice is solid, and their work is perfect. They are always on time and will come on an emergency basis. Recently, I have had Flotech at my house three times to repair two separate leaks that resulted in extensive damage to my wood floors. Dave, handled each call, was professional, explained to me the problem, fixed it in a timely but efficient manner, and cleaned up after his mess. I have nothing but good things to say and they have earned my loyalty .

Excellent customer service and level of communication. I've hired FloTechs Plumbing for several projects and was pleased every time. I finally have water pressure!! I am so happy to have found Flotechs and can't recommend them highly enough.

Since wrtiting this review I have hired Flotech to improve my laundry room (our waste pipe is above the utility sink) and hook up a new washer and dryer. I am always very pleased with their level of professionalism and quality of work.

Josh's guys are extremely capable. Dave & Joe have been to my home twice to install drain piping. They worked quickly and diligently. They were also neat as can be in terms of how they left the place after the work was done. Both guys worked quickly yet efficiently, so as not to eat up time on the clock. I had a major leak in my downstairs bathroom. Josh returned my call almost immediately on a Saturday, and his guys were there within an hour, even though I had never used them before. I've used Flotech twice now and am relieved to have found a reliable and professional service for our home. The office is extremely responsive. Each time I called I was able to get appointments scheduled quickly. Their technician Jonnie is experienced and professional. He worked quickly and solved all our issues - plus he was so nice to my dog and kids :) - Thank you Flotech!

I strongly recommend Flotech. I had a continual water flow in my shower and they knew immediately the reparations needed. Their work is professional (John did a great job!) and they are very responsive and communicative. I will plan to use this company for all future needs.

We had a major plumbing emergency on Friday 12/6/19, where the pipe leading to our boiler burst and began leaking from the ceiling into our garage, leaving us with no heat or hot water. On Saturday morning 12/7/19, I called several plumbing and heating companies, only to leave voicemail messages with no return phone calls. I searched online and found Flotechs Plumbing & Heating. I have to say I’m totally impressed with the level of service we received. Jose handled our initial phone call and immediately set up a same day appointment for us. We were the third emergency appointment for the day. Not only did I receive an appointment the same day, I got an email from Josh informing me that my plumber’s name is Dave and that he would arrive between 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Soon after I received a call from Dave at 11:50 am letting me know that he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time and he came completely prepared to handle our plumbing emergency.

Not only did Dave fix the busted pipe, he also assessed the situation and determined that the pump needed to be replaced and that this was the cause of the pipe bursting, due to the hot water just sitting in the pipe and not circulating. Did I mention he had a pump on the truck already, so we didn’t need to special order one or run out to a supply store. Dave is extremely professional and knowledgeable, not to mention he’s a very cool guy. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Flotech for handling our emergency so promptly and repairing our boiler. From now on I’ll only call Flotech!

I’ve used Flotechs plumbing several times now and have always had an excellent experience. In my opinion they are very professional, efficient, and fair about their pricing. I highly recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service, I would avoid them at all costs. Flotech came to fix our HVAC over the summer and the AC worked but they capped off the TT wires to the furnace so once winter hit, there was no way to turn the heat off once it turned on. We contacted Flotech to fix the issue but they never showed up for their appointment. I tried calling a number of times and also emailed them but I’ve been completely ghosted by their office. Every call goes straight to voicemail even during their normal business hours. I’m shocked at how unprofessional this business is and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

EDIT: I wanted to reply to their response to confirm that I never received a phone call from their office. I just checked over my phone records again and I have 7 outgoing calls to Flotech and 0 incoming. In fact, I have 0 incoming calls on that date, the day before, or the day after. I also sent an email that was never responded to. This is the only forum they’ve responded because it’s public and they have flat out lied. We never had a conversation after this, the “on demand request” is also a lie. Absolutely shameful business practices.

Last week we woke up to no hot water during this Covid-19 pandemic, Hot water heater leaking everywhere. I could not get a hold of any of the plumbing companies we had used in the past. I wanted someone local considering all that is happening so searched on Google and found several results. Flotechs had excellent reviews and I could tell they invest in their business from the quality of their website.
I made the call and it was answered by an actual person. Josh asked me questions about the problem, had me email pictures of the existing hot water heater to reduce the number of visits, clearly explained what needed to be done, how it would get done, and the cost.
I then received an appointment confirmation email clearly outlining the time and confirming the quoted fee. Shortly after I received another email introducing me to the techs that would be arriving, complete with bios, experience, and photos.
Jose and Jonnie called when arriving, were very professional and friendly, never made me feel stupid for asking questions. Masks, gloves and boot covers, At 9:00 am we had a busted water heater, by 12:30 pm the same day the old one was removed and a new one installed at a fair price.
Very happy with the work and how it was done. Just the thought of dealing with a home repair during distancing and all was stressful and Flotechs made it easy and stress fee. That's the mark of a good company and why we will be calling them for any future plumbing or heating repairs.

We had flotechs here last week to install a new kitchen sink faucet and drain. Before they came we were sent pictures of the techs so we would recognize them when they came.. They arrived when they said the would and were friendly and did a great job. I had them also look at a toilet and was told that it would take so much time to fix and that it would cost less if we went out and bought a new toilet and just had them install it. I wold highly recommend them.

These guys are great! Needed a new hot water heater so we called Josh. He knew exactly what heater we needed and sent his technicians the next morning. They were very knowledgeable - the install took about an hour . Very professional job! I would definitely recommend Flotech and will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.
