They fixed leak in pipe and put a new boiler few months ago. No issues. The plumbers were knowledgeable and explained things quite well. I initially felt 250$ per hour charge was high but they did the job quickly.

Flotechs has an agreement with my condo association. They cleared a slow moving bath tub drain in my unit without my knowledge or authorization and billed me $299. I accept they should be paid for services but I asked for a refund of half of the charge which is unreasonably high and because I never approved or authorized the work. They refused. Unacceptable and think twice before you hire a business that puts money over treating customers with respect or as they would expect to be treated as a customer.

I've used Flotechs on at least three occasions and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Each time their team arrived on time and completed the necessary repairs a highly competent and professional manner. I would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise. As far as I'm concerned, these guys are the Gold Standard in plumbing.

I’ve been using the Flotech technicians at my mom’s house in Yonkers for the past few years for various jobs, including plumbing, drain clearing, maintenance of the hot water heater and furnace.
I have only good things to say about them. Mary in the office is always fun to speak with; pleasant and accommodating. The guys who come out to the job are polite, professional, and get the job done for a reasonable price. They’re very reliable, keeping in contact about arrival times. I’m glad I found them.

Our new go-to for plumbing issues. Pricing is fair. They're responsive and can accommodate in a timely manner. The techs are on time and super knowledgeable and patient. We didn't feel like they were trying to upsell or mansplain anything. They did their best to keep the job at a reasonable amount of time. They did some work for us when we had a gas leak and we went back when we had issues in the main bath. We won't look elsewhere!

Have used a few times for non emergency work and always very pleased with their work.
However today my hot water heater decided to begin leaking, and leaking. It's a Saturday and I did not have much hope for repair. Called Flotech, they arrived within the hour. The " boss" delivered the new water heater and it was all installed and ready to go in 3 hours! Dave was so professional and personable.
I highly recommend Flotech!

We had used Flotechs before installing a new kitchen faucet and undersink water filtration system. When we had a kitchen sink backup/clog recently, we reached out to them again. They were offering a Covid discount which we found added to the value. The tech arrived even early (calling to be sure that was OK first) and quickly found and resolved issue. We felt comfortable with visit and would not hesitate to recommend and/or use them again.

1/20/26 -3rd time using Flotech and they were just as good as the first. Quick response and repair. The guys were great - Professional and Friendly!

If you are looking for a plumber, look no further. These guys are great. Very professional with fair prices. I hired them to replace my hot water heater and maintenance on my boiler. One of the things that I absolutely loved about them was they sent an email with the guys pictures and a little bio of who was coming to do the work. How great is that, especially in this day and age when you have to be careful about letting anyone in your house. They were on time, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough about them. John came over early (after calling to confirm the new timing was okay) and he fixed our leaky tub faucet quickly and efficiently. He also offered to look at any other issues in the house so he did and got an answer on something with the kitchen sink I was unsure of. I had a great experience and definitely will be using Flotechs again.

I reached out to FloTech after a brief google/Angi search for reliable plumbers in the area. Needed some rather urgent help to replace a leaking water heater. The office manager was super responsive and I was able to email photos of our existing set-up to Josh who emailed me a quote back within 24 hrs. Nice to avoid the “consultation” appointment. Got scheduled for the replacement the next day! Team that did the job were professional and worked clean. Definitely a recommend 👍

Flotechs Plumbing did a great job replacing my basement sub-pump. The owner Josh kept in constant touch with me during the entire process. Mary the Office Manager was courteous and provided us with paperwork and answered all our questions and scheduled our job quickly. Dave the plumber and his assistant Tom were awesome. The job was completed in a timely fashion and they left my basement clean and neat. This company was wonderful to work with and I will be using them again for all my future plumbing needs.

A new boiler was installed. From Josh Benjamin and Mary in the office to the service technicians, the work was completed in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. They were extremely concerned with our concerns and well being since it was cold out. I would highly recommend them.

After a nightmare experience with another company, Flotech was amazing. Clear communication about pricing and timing. The technicians were professional, and didn’t leave until they were satisfied that everything was working well.
