We hired Precision Renovations to finish our third floor. Jason brought several creative ideas to our project. He is trustworthy, thorough, easy to work with, and flexible. We highly recommend him.

Jason and his team came highly recommended by a friend. We had a long list of jobs needed when we first moved into our house and needed someone who could tackle a wide variety of tasks. Jason came through and helped with it all! Super easy to work with, quality work, and fair priced.

We hired Jason Finnegan to build a new two tiered deck (designed by an architect) and are pleased to recommend he and his crew for a deck remodel job. Jason followed our contract efficiently by communicating with me throughout the project. He consulted the architect when necessary and completed the remodel ahead of schedule. Hie crew of carpenters were conscientious about maintaining the integrity of the site and left our backyard clean of debris everyday.

We hired Jason to finish our third floor, build a deck in our backyard and improve drainage. He and his crew did a great job! Jason is a hardworking guy, very thorough and comes with ideas and solutions to what ever help you need. We highly recommend him and would use Jason again to do our next renovation project.

Jason at Precision Renovations did a fantastic job remodeling my entire home! It was a project months in planning, and after receiving a couple of bids, I decided to go with Precision Renovations. We touched almost every surface and added an additional bathroom. Jason helped me bring my vision to life and was great to work with- So patient - despite my many requests! All the work was done up to code and without short cuts. Jason made sure to pull all permits and to have inspections completed and signed off by the city.

Jason recently added a front porch to our house. We planned to add a porch for several years but we knew it would be complicated given the design of the front of our house. We wanted to be sure it integrated well with the house while also being a functional space. Jason not only designed a porch that looks like it was part of the original house, he also gave us several simple and inexpensive ideas to even more fully integrate the new space with the existing house . The work was excellent quality, and Jason kept us well informed throughout the process. We use the space on a daily basis and it is perfect for our needs.

Jason helped us after a car crashed through our place of business. He and his team were a great help, communicating throughout the challenging process of working with another contractor, dealing with delays beyond his and our control, accepting deliveries of equipment and fixtures... he took a lot of the headache out of an already emotional situation. He was helpful, kind, understanding when we were low on bandwith, and finished in a timely fashion. Would utilize Jason again and again.

Precision Renovations did a great job on my deck. Jason was very responsive & professional. Reasonable price and quality work with quality materials. He was very knowledgeable about permit process & took care of the permit & inspection process. The deck looks like it was built with the house. He answered every question & the tell tale sign of a great contractor, he came back after the project was done & paid for to complete a small change I requested. Honestly, not sure if I’ll use any other contractor from here on out.

Jason and team installed a new patio door on the second floor. Jason was responsive and professional and his crew was great. We were pleased with all aspects of the work… courteous, professional, prompt, and accurate and will use them on future projects.

I would not hesitate to recommend Complete Construction! Highly professional, personalized service. I hadn't had any experience with contractors myself but heard horror stories from others. My experience was smooth as butter from beginning to end. Communication was a breeze using their online portal that kept everything 100% up-to-date and transparent. Everyone was always available to answer any and all questions (and I had A LOT!!!) CoConstruct truly went above and beyond to ensure my build exceeded all expectations. I appreciated their longterm relationships with vendors, subs, and especially the permitting folks. I could go on and on singing their praises.....let's just say...if you have a building or remodelling project look no further!! I already have plans for my next project and I know I'll be using CoConstruct again.

I have used Complete Construction for four remodeling projects. They have done excellent work every time and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Glenn and his associates did an excellent job performing needed renovations. They were professional and courteous. They kept me informed at all times and quoted prices for all changes I requested. I will call them again if I need further renovations.

We have done several projects with Glenn White and Complete Construction between 2013 and 2017. Much of their work has been redone for poor craftsmanship or failure of installation. Most notable, was a wine cellar that was built without a vapor barrier and improperly insulated with open cell foam. The cellar developed mold rapidly and had to be completely deconstructed and rebuilt by another contractor. Glenn and his insurance company never took ownership of the problem and tried to blame the catastrophic failure of the cellar on an HVAC drip pan leak that was addressed within a few hours and did not cause any structural or mold issues in any other surrounding parts of the house. We later discovered that Glenn had not filed a building permit for the cellar or had any inspections. Ultimately, Glenn White and Complete Construction settled for the damages in legal mediation. To the end, Glenn maintained that he had built the cellar “up to standards”. To me this represents a complete lack of accountability, lack of understanding of building science, or both. Either way, these are not good qualities for a contractor. I am aware of at least one other cellar that Complete Construction built that was also improperly insulated and developed mold. If you choose this company, buyer beware!
