Glenn did a couple of projects for us: Finished our 3rd floor, extended a bedroom, remodeled bathrooms, installed an elevator. Complete Construction did an excellent job with them. When there were unavoidable delays they were communicated effectively to us and small defects were addressed even outside the warranty period. We will not hesitate to work with Complete Construction in the future again.

I couldn’t recommend Glenn more, and I would love to work with him again in the future.

Glenn helped us on our remodeling project. We painted the entire house and cabinets, replaced the floors, removed built-ins, rerouted the stairs, removed a wall in the kitchen, added recessed lighting, replaced our countertops, and much more. He was thorough with his help, and he took time to explain the process in detail that we could understand. He was communicative and would share his thoughts when needed but was always focused on listening to our needs.

We partnered with Complete Construction on a recent home renovation, which included a bathroom remodel and a 2nd story conversion to additional square footage (office, walk in linen closest and laundry room upgrade). Glenn and his team were referred to us by friends and we are grateful to have the referral. His team was professional, patient and responsive. The communication was excellent and the plans we decided on were executed as we agreed with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Complete Construction. We are already planning our next project together!

First and foremost, the owner, Glenn White, is an absolute delight to work with. Glenn is patient, and very thorough helping to guide us through the process. The entire team of workers (Eddie, Frank, and Bobby) were skilled and responsive to our needs. The subs have a great relationship with Complete and are as good and responsive as his team. The result, our beautiful home, made the hassle and inconvenience well worth it. The office manager, Victoria, was great to work with and was good at getting things arranged and done. We have recommended Glenn to friends (that’s how we found them).

We decided to renovate our kitchen and chose wake after meeting with several contractors. They have been responsive, patient and a pleasure to work with. They are helpful, problem solvers and I would be remiss if I failed to mention kind. We would definitely recommend and use them again!

We chose Wake Remodeling (WM) after interviewing multiple contractors. We ultimately broke off the relationship because the business model did not work for us. We were originally given a range estimate, entered the design phase and made a payment (>3K) and after the design phase we were given a final quote. This quote was nearly 20% above the high end of the estimate. We had a large project, refresh of multiple areas. Our quote however was a single price, nothing was line itemed. This did not allow us look at areas where we could make different choices and bring our price down.

Prior to reaching out to contractors We had quotes from multiple tradesmen for specific areas: hardwoods, ceiling scraping, painting, stair remodeling, carpet, etc. As our project evolved, we decided to go the contractor route. Once we received the WM quote, we then got three different cabinet quotes, 2 countertops quotes, a front door, and EZ breeze. We compromised nothing on the individual quotes. I know there were items we did not cover but we had at least 80% of the entire project. The math did not add up. We could not understand how WM got to their final single price.

On top of this the design phase lacked the support I was expecting. I came into the relationship with my kitchen layout nearly complete. I expected the design phase to help me achieve the aesthetic I wanted on budget. I had paid >3K and can say I did not get my money’s worth. In the end, I was having to compromise too much.

The model may work for very specific projects and the model may work for some people. It was our bad for not understanding that we would receive a quote without areas line itemed. Please ask for a line itemed quote

We did find a contractor and designer and have everything we were hoping for: it is absolutely gorgeous, quality is high, and within our budget. No compromises.

Wake Remodeling installed two rooms of crown molding for us and did a great job.
Would definitely recommend them. They even made an end cap for the molding by coping a photo I had from a friends house.

Wake Remodeling did a complete remodel of our master bath and did a fantastic job. Very professional and very detailed in every way. I would not hesitate to use them again for another project.

I purchased a Groupon for crown molding for one room. After seeing the quality of their work, I asked them to do the rest of my house. They not only were very reasonable, they did a fantastic job. The gentlemen doing the work were kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to do a simple remodel or something more extensive. You will not be disappointed.

Wake did our kitchen. The work they did was awesome. They assisted us with all the selections - and the choices are great. On top of the work being great - they were always there when they said they would be and kept us posted at every step of the process. No waiting around wondering if they were coming on a specific day, what they would be working on... A great experience from every angle.

We have used Wake Remodeling twice for bathroom remodels, custom built in cabinets, painting the house interior, building a porch awning, as well as some other smaller projects. We have been very pleased with the quality of work for all projects and highly recommend this company.

Great people to work with. They were very attentive and great at communicating. I always knew when to expect people to show up (and they were on time!!) One nice extra is their design person to help with putting all the pieces together. Not my area of expertise so it's good to have some help. And they were quick to respond to the few minor things that needed attention after the project was done. They didn't just take my last check and disappear on me. Would definitely recommend Wake Remodeling and plan to use them again for future projects.

Wake Remodeling is now in the midst of their second major remodeling effort on our house. In 2003 they remodeled our master bath. It is fantastic, and in fact, a photo of it appears in their online advertising, a photo of it enjoys a prominent spot on their show room wall, and even on the side of their Wake Remodeling vehicles. I have so much trust in them that we selected them to remodel our kitchen which is now underway. For the kitchen, I didn't even solicit competitive bids...not my style... but that's how much confidence that I have that the work will be done right, and that the price will be fair for all! A class act.

After about a year my kitchen was fixed.
As I already said, those people are very responcible.
all work was done nicely. even if we had to wait for so long.

Upgrade:
The new tile started cracking in multiple places and the grout too. We contacted Wake Remodeling, they keep promising, but 3 months already passed ,but no one came to fix it.

Very responsible people. We paid for taking care of appliances and for the plywood, and since they took the old appliance away and brought the plywood back I upgraded my feedback. They had to redo some things, but in general they finished our project as we wanted even if it took longer. Luke, you replaced the rotten floor for half of the day and replaced all valves for about the same time. Your guys work fast, just your tile guy screwed up. He came late, brought his family and did his job not professionally. Also I think leaving a hole on the wall after your work is not professional especially if it has not been there before and we asked you to fix that hole. You did not paint anything. If you think we should pay for that, you could include it in your bill with the other additional jobs you did., but you have never mentioned that. Also, we requested to change the base of the cabinet at the beginning and I told you about that several time, but again, your guys worked very fast and they fixed it together with the rotten spot on the floor just for half of the day. Garbage disposal worked well until you reinstalled it After the installation it started leaking. Time stretching occurred because of tile waiting (first time and second time when you had to fix it) and because your guys did not show or came late. And if you have any difficulties installing mosaic or a big tile you should specify what tile you work with on your website to not get the people confused. But you fixed everything and we are satisfied. The second tile guy was brilliant and plumbing work also was very professional. Thank you for your patience. In general we are happy to have a renewed kitchen.

Wake Remodeling did an excellent job remodeling our bonus room and adding a bathroom to it. They helped us figure out what we wanted and provided a detailed estimate of the cost. Then they brought in amazing subcontractors to make it a reality. The result exceeded our expectations.

We've used Wake Remodeling for three different projects, two back to back and then again the next year. They were very clean and thorough, helping us from design planning to decorating the finished spaces. Highly recommended!
