We recently updated our downstairs bonus room with DT Renovation. It was the first time I’ve undertaken a renovation and did as much research as I could before having 3 contractors come in for estimates. The reasons I chose DT Renovation were: 1) They were the most thorough during their visit, taking extensive measurements and asking lots of questions. 2) They made additional recommendations for our project based on their expertise and our goals, and 3) Their estimate was the most reasonable.

The DT Renovation crew are multi-talented craftsmen and were able to paint, install flooring and update the fireplace themselves. Attached are some before and after pics (though we hadn’t yet cleaned in the after pics). We are thrilled with the brighter, modern farmhouse look we were going for.

My advice for working with any contractor is to get everything (more than you think) in writing, including detailed materials expectations and costs. And either ask for drawings or create them yourself for any little projects where there’s a chance you might not be on the same page.

We will — and plan to — happily work with DT Renovation in the future.

These guys are artists. They have an eye for detail and aesthetics. We are so happy with the results and will happily hire them in the future. We just used a translation app to get the best communication, but they work very hard and do great work!

They did an excellent job and they were very conscientious as if it was their own home. We had to replace a window that was damaged by rain water but in the process we discovered that a fair amount of wall around it had to be replaced as well. Alex did a great job, took his time and replaced everything methodically that had rotted, some of which was hard to get to. I Strongly recommend them.

DT Renovation team transformed our traditional bathroom to a modern room with a walk-in shower. They were very responsive and accommodating, and we would work with them again!

DT Renovation did a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom. Dmitry and his team were courteous, attentive and committed to quality. Once the job was complete, Dmitry came by to touch up minor imperfections to ensure I was happy with the job. Once the upstairs was complete, I hired them again for dry wall patches, grout fixes and painting in my downstairs bathroom. Again, Dmitry made his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction clear when he stopped by on a Saturday to touch up a few paint areas that didn’t dry as expected. Their team was respectful of our space and made sure to clean up each day before leaving. On top of all of this, his pricing is competitive. I would absolutely hire them again!

When we first met Dmitri we liked him immediately, his enthusiastic, positive attitude is infectious. His bathroom estimate was thorough, which gave us confidence. They communicated with us before proceeding with any potential changes and Google translate bridged any communication gaps. He and his small team were professional, polite, clean-workers and we could not be more thrilled with our stunning new bathroom. It was great value, and a very painless renovation. We are already planning a second project with him.

I had a very positive experience with DT Renovation. Hired them to replace carpet and two types of laminate I had on the first floor of my house. My project was reasonably priced, Dmytro was always responsive and able to work around my schedule. The whole process was smooth and well done! The team was neat, clean and efficient. We had the honor and pleasure to install a humongous frameless shower panel on a shower that was done by Dmytro and his company. We measured the opening and got it as perfect as possible for ordering. Alex the gentleman who did the tile for the shower did a great job on the tile and left it perfect making our job a lot easier.
