Bought a house 3 years back and started going to store for various projects like converting unfinished garage to play room, installing water filter under the sink, small fix and fun projects. This is my to go place because of the service, smiles all around the store especially person like Gary from pluming department. I had no knowledge before starting the project and this Home depot has not only helped me to finish my projects but educate me (they shown a lot of patience) and fill confidence in me to believe that I can do those small to mid size project. no full star since sometime it's difficult to find stuff, I believe since pieces are put at somewhat odd place. But overall small-mid-large size project this should be THE PLACE.

Quick response,, on time, friendly and cost effective. They took the time to answer all my questions and reviewed several options so that I was fully aware of what was going to be done.

This was a heatpump water heater installation. The installation team made short and professional work of it, so 5 stars there. My 3-star review is based on Home Depot's woeful pricing process. It took me hours to get the water heater price that Home Depot showed me on their website, as the contractor didn't have access to the pricing! And four days later when the price dropped again, neither Home Depot nor the contractor were able to adjust. That's just not acceptable these days.

I purchased an Anderson storm door. Tom in the Apex store was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient. However I found it tedious to schedule appointments for measurements and installation because they rely solely on phone calls. We played phone tag for weeks.

Triangle Home Solutions removed an old, rotted two-tiered deck and fence for us and rebuilt both. The entire process went smoothly and all work was done well above and beyond our expectations. They were prompt in arriving every day, conscientious, respectful of our property, and above all, extremely talented! Their craftsmanship and expertise is truly remarkable. Our new deck looks so much better than the old one. The personal touches they added to the design makes the deck look spectacular. We just love it! They stayed on the schedule provided to us and the final cost was exactly what was quoted. We will definitely use THS for our future home improvements and would highly recommend their professional services.

Chuck came to do an initial walkthrough and I was very impressed and excited to work with him. He told me he'd send me an estimate the next day. A week later, I emailed him about it, and he said he was on vacation and would get to it soon. Another week later, he emailed me to say he no longer had time to do the project. I asked for a referral to another contractor and he never responded. I understand that scheduling issues arise, but I feel like he handled it in an unprofessional manner and was disappointed in the service I received.

Chuck and John were awesome and did a great job on all of my issues. Not only did they do awesome work at a wonderful price, but when the realtor of the buyer for my home started questioning the work and having outrageous demands, he was patient and understanding and worked with me to get the house to close, even coming back and meeting the engineer to go over the foundation work. Always responsive and ready to help, would definitely recommend for anyone!

Work completed: Installed steel lintel in foundation of home, fixed two toilets, adjusted frame of back door, fixed leaky sink, installed new vent boot on roof, patched foundation vent screen, reinspected work and met with engineer

Chuck and his team are amazing. They finished our attic, relocated our water heater and switched to tankless, and completely transformed the space. It was a seamless process and they kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Triangle Home Solutions! I had been shopping around for a professional to complete our project for a while, and no one came close to being as communicative and honest. They were able to come out for an estimate right away and kept me informed through the whole process. Best of all, the final result looks great. I wish they could upgrade my entire house!

Chuck and John did a beautiful job and Chuck even added supports and finishing details that I did not ask for and within the original price. We hired Chuck and his team to frame in and install a window on the second story of our house. Even though it was a small job they never made us feel like it was low priority. Very easy to work with and the quality of the job was spot on. He even threw in a free glass swap in order to match the panels of our existing windows.
