DT Renovation did a spectacular job on a hall bath remodel. They were very flexible on layout, fixtures and modifications and very helpful with suggestions on the best ways to proceed. They are quite accommodating with changes to the plan with a modest upcharge. They are very considerate and conscientious about the worksite and cleaning up during and at the end of the project. They really make an effort understand your design perspective and any concerns about the construction and then propose solutions to any issues. You get all of this at a very fair price. At a minimum, you definitely need to put them on your quote list!

DT Renovation came did an amazing job on our kitchen over the summer. They were very attentive and responsive to anything we needed and treated our home like it was there own. We will 100% be using them again for our next project.

This was the second bathroom they renovated for us. We were so impressed with the first one we hired them again. Everyone was professional and the work was done within a reasonable timeframe. I’m especially pleased with the tile work and they added some much needed shelving (I tried to get it in the right side of picture) great work guys👍!!

Dmytro and Liu were quick to come out and give us an estimate to redo the walk-in shower in our master bath. Dmytro and Garrett did the demo, protecting the floors and cordoning off the rest of the bathroom to prevent as much construction dust as possible. Alex and Vitaly did a meticulous job on the shower wall, floor, and niche tile. They completed the job on time, even though they ran into some plumbing issues courtesy of the builder. We are VERY happy with the result! As others have mentioned in their reviews, the team at DT Renovation are artisans, and their workmanship is stellar. We are already working on our next project with them, and planning a third!

Team DT Renovations did great leaving us totally happy with our new kitchen! They're here from the beginning explained our options, helped us to select cabinets and countertop we like, consulted us with flooring options, helped a lot with plumbing replacing our old faucets and connectors on 1st floor. Kitchen delivery and installation went smooth, workers were skilled professionals, installed everything at once and quality was real good (no scratches left and some small defects were looked for and fixed by them). Countertop was measured and delivered during a week and exactly how we've ordered it and also installed without any issues. Really satisfied with quality of their work and their overall commitment. DT renovations team did a great job renovating our entire bathroom. They replaced everything: flooring, vanity, toilet, tub, shower, fan, mirrors and added tiles we selected. They put extra work into leveling our walls and the ceilung.They helped us make the most cost-effective choices within our budget without giving up quality. I remember they showed great attention to details throughout the project. I loved how bathroom has looked and the durability of work has shown their great quality.

DT Renovation just completed a total remodel of my hall bathroom. I have had several companies do work for me while I’m remodeling my 1970’s ranch. So I can tell you Dmytro and team are top notch compared to others.

DT Renovation did a major upgrade of my spare bathroom and I could not be more pleased with the results. I was looking for a combination of simple, modern clean lines combined with a little drama, with a blue and grey theme. From the beginning of the project, both Dmytro and Liu gave valuable input on some of my choices to help bring the vision I had for the bathroom to life. All of the team were incredibly courteous, prompt, and hard-working with major attention to detail and a true sense of pride in their work. A special shout out to Vitaly for doing the meticulous tile work and majority of painting/plumbing and Alex for doing the electrical rewiring and helping with plumbing. During the project, we hit some small glitches that happen with every renovation, and Dmytro and Liu worked closely with me to navigate smoothly through all aspects of the project to get the desired outcome. I love my new bathroom! On top of everything, at the end of the project, there was an unexpected plumbing problem outside of the bathroom not at all related to the project that Dmytro fixed. That level of dedication to the customer went above and beyond and was reflective of the incredible service and care that this company provides.

Wow! What a pleasure it has been working with the entire team at DT Renovation. We had our primary bathroom completely remodeled. Our home was built in 1979 and it included a small primary bathroom with a cave like, yellow, tiled shower that was dark. The entire bathroom was long overdue for a remodel.
In came Dmytro to give us an estimate. He carefully assessed and took measurements. He asked us what we wanted and offered suggestions. As he was leaving, I asked when he could begin the project, if we decided to go with him. He told me end of January. We were in September. After receiving the estimate and reviewing his website, we decided to go with DT Renovation. The estimate we were provided was in line with the other estimate we received.
They began working in February and finished in 3 weeks. We have zero regrets.
Liu made contact with us and walked us through the entire process of picking out fixtures and providing feedback. She made the process so easy. This is a highly skilled and experienced team. Each person was respectful of our home. They covered our floors with brown paper in the areas that they were walking/working. They swept up at the end of each day. They worked consistently throughout the day. They consulted with us along the way to ensure they were delivering what we were expecting. Finding quality, skilled workers is hard. Do yourself a favor and give Dmytro a call. There may be a wait but I can assure you that the wait will be worth it.

Had an appointment and no one showed up. Made second appointment 2 weeks out and one week out, they cancelled. Said next appointment woud be 6 months out. They add re too busy to handle addition as l work.

Used Adrian for years and he always does an exceptional job. I have had him complete major and minor jobs and he is always timely. He even traveled all the way to the coast for me to complete a job. I trust him and find him to be honest and professional.

I recently moved back into my childhood home and decided that I wanted to update my kitchen and bathrooms. After researching different construction companies, I decided to go with Core Remodeling. I am very glad that I did. Their work was professional, efficient, on-time and high-quality. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their house remodeled.

Like a mosquito in a nudist colony, I’m not sure where to begin. For those of you seeking a “quick and to-the-point” review, here it is: We are happy with the final product for our kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace remodeling. However, if the means toward achieving that end are of interest, read on. Getting to an acceptable conclusion of this project was disappointing if not painful experience. In short, our biggest error in judgement was to vacate our home for this 8 month long project (budgeted 3 months). By living elsewhere (about 1.5 hours away by car). By taking this approach, we effectively abdicated management of all subcontractors to CORE. This seemed reasonable as that is what their very high prices are represented to encompass. Not for us apparently. Garage doors left open with no one home (several times), mains power left off resulting in freezer/refrigerator leaking all over wood floors (twice!) and all contents being thrown away by the workers (even the dishes!), A/C vent covered by tiler (it’s easier that way), conditioned crawl space left open several times (our neighbor was our watchman and eventually started to visit daily), lights, A/C, etc. always left on, etc., etc. All of this was brought to the attention of CORE many times to no avail. Subcontractors, while well-meaning I’m sure, simply have to be managed or “policed” to be at their best. My wife’s favorite episode is the frequency that the plastic barriers were left open while workers sanded drywall. Indescribable mess. This was followed by a ~$600 cleaning bill and then more sanding of drywall obviating the value of the very high priced cleaning. Workmanship and attention to detail were disappointing and finally my wife took it upon herself to caulk and touch up painting on her own.
Concurrently, and as a coincidence, we have also been in the midst of a very large building project on Lake Gaston. The project is orders of magnitude larger than the Cary remodeling job. What’s interesting is that the Gaston project has none, and I mean NONE of these issues. The contractor is on site each day. He expects and receives excellent service and craftsmanship from his subs. He actually MANAGES the project. The entire experience has been excellent with this project.
Having said all this, I actually think that CORE will work well for you if you continue to reside in the house during the renovation. This way you become effectively co-managers of the work and you’ll not likely have any of the problems we experienced. You’ll be there to close doors, turn off lights, question sloppiness, remind them to remove shoes indoors, etc., etc. It’ll be fine I’m sure. My only real disappointment in this entire experience was that the owner took no responsibility/accountability for any of this when confronted about it. I never asked for any discount or token financial acknowledgement of poor service… I’m just much wiser now and want to share this with others.
