They listened to my design requests, showed up on time, did a fabulous job and had great follow-up to make sure I was completely satisfied. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend using them for any remodeling projects.

Luke and his team at Wake Remodeling are makeover All Stars! They transformed 3 of our bathrooms into spaces that are beautiful and spa-like. Everyone we worked with was professional, yet down to earth and flexible with us. It's a daunting process, filled with lots of decisions, but they made it fun and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We will definitely use Wake Remodeling again for future projects.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and go with this company! We just completed a very large kitchen remodel and we could not be more pleased!!!! The project was organized and went seamlessly. We have small children and we were able to live in the house for the 3 month project. The team became like family to us and our kitchen turned out better than I could have ever dreamed. Luke and his team did a great job. We had our Kitchen re-modeled in May 2016. Leading up to start of the remodel, Wake Remodeling worked with us on the design including colors of the tiles, options for the countertops, lighting and more.

On the day we started, the team rolled in and laid down some card to protect our floors, instantly I was impressed, they cared about our home. Throughout the process they kept in touch and made sure they were present when contractors needed to do their part. And their own team members were very trustworthy and knew what they needed to do. With any kind of work like this there are delays, but Luke talked us, explained the situation and even re-ordered some of the tasks so we didn't need to wait for other items to get done. Being a Project Manager, I appreciated this type of communication and planning.

We are very pleased with the outcome and will certainly be using them again for future projects on our house.

Wake Remodeling did a complete kitchen remodel for us. They listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions that resulted in both the look and efficiency of the kitchen exceed our expectations. The entire team was easy to work with, dependable, and incredibly skillful in the work they were doing. Coordinating all of the various skills, i.e. electrical, plumbing, cabinet install, tile, carpentry, painting, inspections, as needed to execute this project can be a daunting task but Wake Remodeling handled that in a very efficient manner. We could not be happier with how the entire kitchen remodel turned out, so, we have several future projects planned and will call on Wake Remodeling as our primary contractor.

We got our downstairs remodeled by Wake Remodeling. We have been really enjoying the new kitchen, Sunroom, and the new hardwood floors. We have been receiving compliments from our friends and family when they come to visit.
We had heard rave reviews about Luke Dobbins and his Wake Remodeling Company from several of our friends in the neighborhood. We started by wanting to only get the kitchen remodeled, and then wondered about replacing our deck with an all-season Sunroom. Luke was very helpful in answering our questions and gave us an estimate. Once we were serious about thinking about going through remodeling, Lee Anne Martin was assigned as our designer. Lee Anne made a wonderful impression on us on the first day that we met, when she visited our house and recommended getting the carpet removed throughout the entire downstairs and removing the popcorn ceiling while the rest of the work was being done. We made several trips to the Wake Remodeling showroom to meet Lee Anne and Luke. We were very happy with Lee Anne listening to our needs, providing us with various options, and coming up with several versions of the design. The design changed quite a bit from where we started. We appreciated that she enthusiastically shared her expertise while being sensitive to our requirements. It was also a very enjoyable experience in the showroom meetings where Alana showed us the various options on the computer as changes were being made. We were given recommendations for purchasing quality appliances.
Once the design was prepared, we were assigned Bobby Myers as our project manager. Bobby is a hands-on project manager with a variety of construction experience. Bobby was also exceptional in patiently answering all our questions and was wonderful at communicating what was being done daily and what was to come in the next day and weeks. Bobby oversaw the project making sure the right people came and completed their tasks. We stayed upstairs while most of the work was being done, coming downstairs occasionally to use the temporary kitchen that was set up for us and to go outside. We moved out for a week move out when our hardwood floors were being worked on and stained. We were consulted at every step of the way in making sure that we were happy with any changes that might have been suggested. All the work was professionally done and with quality construction. With different groups of people working on different aspects of the project, there were a few times when something did not go exactly as planned. However, we were very happy with how Bobby communicated and got things fixed in a timely manner. Bobby has been wonderful in addressing all our concerns even after the project is done.
We are enjoying using our newly renovated kitchen and the Sunroom with lovely hardwood floors everywhere replacing the carpets. We will surely use Luke and his Wake Remodeling for any other future remodeling projects.

We interviewed four contractors for our kitchen renovation and Wake Remodeling was the clear winner. Luke Dobbins exhibited a professional and a let’s-get-down-to-work demeanor along with a clear understanding and knowledge of the tasks at hand. Additionally, he was a down-to-earth kind of guy who we felt comfortable with immediately. Following the first meeting, he provided a comprehensive and detailed estimate…the best ever experienced during our myriad of past renovation experiences.

Throughout the process, Luke accompanied each new trade person for introductions and project overview to ensure we were all on the same page. We felt comfortable with every one who worked in our home including the cabinetmaker, painters, tile installer, electrician, etc.

Wake Remodeling also works with a designer – Lee Anne Martin. When I first noticed that designer services were included in the estimate, we thought of all the renovations we did in the past without the help of a designer and we were skeptical of the need for this. How wrong we were! I cannot stress enough how valuable her services were during this process! Her tile, paint, and hardware selections were perfect, as well as recommendations for more minor things like countertop edging style. Having her assistance definitely lowered our stress levels throughout this process.

Luke and Lee Anne shared the view that this was our kitchen and they wanted us to be happy with everything. To that end, every detail was addressed to our satisfaction and the end result is phenomenal! Friends and family have all been stunned by the dramatic change this renovation has made! In fact, Luke plans to submit photos of our kitchen for an award. We think they should win!

I would whole-heartedly recommend Wake Remodeling to anyone. We will almost certainly engage them in future renovations.

UPDATE: Our kitchen remodel DID win that award! And Wake Remodeling recently completed a master suite renovation with major changes to the bathroom for aging in place. The results are stunning and we could not be happier. It is clear that Luke's goal is to ensure that homeowners are happy with every aspect of a remodel. And once again, Lee Anne Martin's vision kept us on track to make the right selections. Wake Remodeling is our go-to contractor... you can trust them!

There is something about entering a place of business, at least for my wife and I,
that we instinctively know is the place where we are going to do our business. Wake Remodeling is one of those places. From start to finish, each member of Wake
Remodeling took ownership in the unique job they were doing, from Lee Ann, in the showroom, who helped extensively with our choices. She ensured that everything that was chosen was cohesive. Raymond, Miguel, Cesar and Jon all worked as if they were working in their own home and we felt very comfortable having them in ours. Cesar is a perfectionist!
Luke Dobbins kept everything going and was always in communication with us, as to any possible delays (winter storms did not slow these folks down). There were a couple of "calls" based on weather that were made that I agreed that the safety of Wake Remodeling folks needed to be taken into consideration as first and foremost.
Everything was first rate, it may be true that we may have saved some money by having another business perform the renovations in the baths and the removal of the "popcorn" ceiling, but what we spent was well worth every dollar spent.

Wake Remodeling completed a home project for us this year, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied! We are in love with our custom built-ins and ship lap that was added to our island kitchen. Wake Remodeling reworked our small screened-in porch to a beautiful 3-seasons room that is twice the size. We use this space FAR more now than we ever did before. It's gorgeous. ... And, Luke was right, we are indeed glad we added the heated floors.
After that project was done, the real work began - transforming our kitchen from the bane of our living space to an absolutely gorgeous kitchen. With their guidance, we expanded the size of the kitchen in a way we did not think was possible - by taking some space from our garage. Yes, we lost a small space in our garage, but it was totally worth it as we finally have a kitchen worthy of entertaining.
We are very grateful for their attention to detail at the front end of the project as that focus clearly helped ensure that we got the end result we were looking for!

Wake Remodel did a fantastic job! Luke is a true professional and was great throughout the entire project. He set expectations appropriately from the start on budget and timing and we didn't have any big surprises at all. Landry was our Project Manager and was fantastic! He showed up when he said he would and made sure all of our tradesmen were accountable throughout the project. We had very few issues, but when we did, he took care of things immediately and made sure we were happy with the resolution.

My home is in the very final stage of renovations done by Wake Remodeling. From the first phone call inquiring about the company to the removal of the dumpster yesterday, the experience has been a positive one. I now have an updated master bath, remodeled kitchen and a new sunroom off the kitchen that used to be the outside deck. I honestly feel like I have a completely new home and I couldn’t be happier. Alana and Lee Anne helped bring my ideas to life with their knowledge and experience in design. James oversaw the entire project with calm expertise. Jessie had the challenge of becoming my project manager mid stream which was not an easy task, but he stepped in with confidence and an amazing attention to detail. Aaron is a very skilled carpenter and was always a pleasure to have on site. ( Gavin has now joined the carpentry team and is also a great asset). Finally, Luke is a fabulous business owner. He made me feel like family, and even came out on an emergency when my water heater died two days before the project began ( on a Friday evening). I will never forget his kindness that night. Although I am happy to see the renovations come to an end, I will miss the interactions with each and every team member that I now count as friends. I highly recommend Wake Remodeling.

During the design stage, Wake Remodeling balanced implementing our specific preferences into the design with making recommendations based on their professional expertise. We are extremely pleased with the work done on our home in Apex by Wake Remodeling. We started with a 250 sq ft unfinished attic above our garage that was without HVAC and unusable due to summer heat and humidity, and winter cold. After deciding to finish the attic we meet with several contractors. In the end we selected Wake Remodeling for the project after meeting with Luke, the owner, and his employees. This was a great decision! We could not be more pleased with beautiful room that Wake Remodeling built for us. From the design phase to project completion, Luke and his staff were professional at every level. The project was completed on time and within budget. Because of potential structural issues, Luke brought in experts to provide input to the design, as well for insulation, HVAC, painting, drywall and carpentry. The work proceeded without a hitch and included a white board which was updated keep us informed about progress, next steps, and a place for us to ask questions or make comments. It was a pleasure to work with Jessie, the onsite coordinator, the skilled craftsman and office staff at Wake Remodeling. In short, we couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of work we received from Wake Remodeling and they have our highest recommendation.

The experience working with Wake Remodeling exceeded expectations. Every person on the team was professional, kind, communicative, organized and efficient. Luke was a wonderful energy and set the tone for a great working relationship. We started thinking we were just going to remodel our primary bathroom and that quickly turned into our kid's bathrooms and laundry room as well. Lee Anne and Alana were fabulous to work with and quickly met our design requests and revisions with passion, grace and understanding. We lived in our home during the remodel, and the team did their very best to clean up after themselves each day. They were super respectful of the fact that we were home throughout the process and kept our Buildertrend schedule up to date so we knew what to expect each week. When issues arose (which they always will in construction!) the team worked quickly to resolve them and communicated next steps clearly. By the end of the project, we had all become close friends - and while I'm not sad to see the work come to an end, I will miss my daily visits from James and team! The finished project is just beautiful, the care taken throughout the process is apparent, and we are very happy we chose to work with Wake Remodeling!

We met with several firms before we decided to have Wake Remodeling handle our kitchen renovation project. The scope of the project included taking down a wall and installing hardwood flooring throughout the downstairs. Luke and James understood what we were trying to achieve and worked with us to enable us to live in our home during construction. Jesse was our site manager and was always responsive to questions, whether on the group chat , in person or updating the schedule. For a 12 week project we felt that we knew what was happening week by week and they finished on time!. The tradesmen that worked on the project were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up at the end of each day. Nancy, in the office checked in with us several times to see if there was anything we needed during the process. We would not hesitate to use Wake Remodeling for future projects.

My wife and I wanted to finish our basement with an additional room, bathroom and exterior porch that would go from our first floor to the ground level. Wake did a great job of showing us a design that met our needs. They where great getting us in touch with the right folks and executing on our project.
