April’s Cleaning Service does a wonderful job! They are flexible and leave our house sparkling. I highly recommend them.

We have used April's Cleaning for about 5 years and have been very pleased with their service throughout that time. They are extremely organized and professional when it comes to scheduling, reliability, and communication, and the cleaning services have consistently been high quality over the course of many years. The crews have always been friendly and work thoroughly and swiftly. They are also extremely responsive to any requests or concerns and strive to provide excellent service. I highly recommend April's!

We trusted Aprils Cleaning Service to do a pre-move in clean for us while we were busy with a newborn and unfortunately that was a massive mistake. The clean was very expensive and many places had missed spots, that forced us to scramble to clean it ourselves in one day before our move. Spots were missed that were just appalling - many door handles had dust on them still, the counter was dirty, and cabinets and other spots were inconsistently clean.

When we called, we were told they could come and fix it but given the timeframe we were not able to get them in to fix the many places they missed. Since we ended up having to clean the entire house ourselves, we requested a refund or discount. We recognize they have a no refunds policy however this was a very unique situation, that felt like it was a reasonable exception to the rule. After requesting that, April was rude and unkind to us. Further, we were told that if we wanted everything cleaned we should have gotten the upgraded clean (we paid $600 for a full move in clean)… so I guess buyer beware - if you want to actually have your counters, door handles and cabinets cleaned by April’s, that’s apparently not a part of the basic package.

If you are busy, you do not have time to clean your house. The ladies did an amazing job on my home cleaning. It was quite a job too, as I have a messy toddler. One week after my cleaning, I am still seeing the divines as my stress level is lowered and I'm not constantly thinking about the messes I have to clean up.

April's Cleaning Service did a fabulous job for us. We were putting my father's house for sale and they didn't miss a thing. Everything was perfect when they were done. They were very communicative and let us know when they were on the way and when they were finished. They did a few extra things that the realtor requested and they sent us pictures of some things we had missed during the cleanout and put them away in the garage for us. Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been using Aprils since 2015 when we were in Apex for a couple years and in Raleigh. They have teams that cover many areas and they have been consistent, they do a great job and send a team of 2-3 people. I’ve even had them do a deep clean and move out clean when we moved a few times. Highly recommend!

I just moved into the area and had to hunt for recurring home cleaning services. After vetting a few companies, I went with April’s Cleaning Service.

The crew showed up on time, and were friendly and professional. After walking them through what I needed them to focus on, they went quickly to work. When they were done, my hardwood floors were squeaky clean and my kitchen and baths were thoroughly sanitized. I love how they tidied up spaces and made the beds warm and inviting. A relief after a messy move!

If the first visit is any indication of future cleanings, I’m a happy camper. I’ve uploaded photos as well, but try not to judge the boxes we’ve yet to unpack and art we’ve yet to hang 🤪 Thank you, April’s Cleaning!

Very professional and extremely efficient. Arrives on time and is punctual in scheduling my cleanings every two weeks. Also very pleased with the way they accommodate my pets during the cleanings. Very happy with the entire service!

I’ve been using this company for a few months now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. They do a great job each time and the price is reasonable. I have them come out monthly to deep clean sometimes I move it back a week so they can come in sooner and they always accommodate. They guarantee the cleaning and if there is any concern they fix it fast! If you’re thinking about it, just do it you won’t regret it. I get to enjoy a clean house this weekend thanks to aprils cleaning!!

We have used April’s Cleaning for at least seven years, having them clean every two weeks. We have always been very happy with their service - they arrive on time, sending a text message prior to arrival, and their employees are all very professional. April’s Cleaning does a great job and we highly recommend them.

I have had several cleaning companies over the years in both Apex and Raleigh. April’s does one thing better than any of the others- communication. I have been very pleased with the confirmations via email and text and Vicki’s communication and prompt responses when there were some minor misses. I will say it took a few cleanings for the housekeepers to get in the groove and in the beginning there were some obvious items missed, like wiping off barstools with crumbs and food, not moving the dining room chairs to clean the table or other miscellaneous items (like a child’s toy) just left in the middle of the living room carpet and vacuumed around. The team has continued to improve and when I noted these items offered to come back and fix the issue. While it is not always convenient to have the cleaning team come back and resolve minor items, I appreciate the willingness and seriousness of the company and their commitment to making things right. Would recommend Aprils to anyone looking for reasonable pricing, general cleaning and solid communication.

We had our first cleaning done last month, and the team did an awesome job. They arrived on time, worked quickly but throughly, and left our house looking and smelling great. Communication for scheduling and any questions we’ve had, has always been fast and pleasant.

I reached out to several places for a move out cleaning. Vicki reached out first and was such a lovely person I didn’t search anywhere else. She was very detail oriented and checked everything off my to do list and more. The day of the cleaning they arrived on time and went straight to work within 2 hours it was spotless. I wish I had utilized them for regular cleanings and would have kept in touch if I hadn’t moved out of the area. I full heartedly recommend them.

They did a wonderful deep cleaning on my home, the kind where you walk in after and everything feels fresh, detailed, and truly cared for. They didn’t just clean around things; they got into the corners, baseboards, and all those little spots that usually get missed. They dusted all surfaces and blinds. My kitchen and bathrooms looked amazing, and the whole house felt lighter and brighter.
Communication was also great from start to finish. Andreia was responsive, clear about what to expect, and right on time. It’s such a relief working with someone who is professional, dependable, and takes pride in their work.
