I needed a deep clean for my home after moving out and April's cleaning service was able to fit me into their packed schedule within 24 hours! The team arrived on time and were very kind and incredibly thorough. I will definitely be using April's cleaning service in the future!

We used Aprils Cleaning services for a move out clean. I have never used professional cleaners before and have always been hesitant because I’ve heard numerous times from people using other companies that their house really wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. However, my experience with Aprils Cleaning Services was the exact opposite! They did a fantastic job, my house looked brand new when I left and I would absolutely trust them to do a deep clean for me in the future! Vicki the office manager is also very on top of things and great to work with.

We have been using for a couple of months now, and they have been great! The communication via email and text is very helpful. The cleaners are thorough and friendly. We recommend!

Easy process to schedule appointments, got a call the day before and a text when they were on their way- excellent communication. Two ladies came and cleaned their hearts out...my house was a mess and they left it spotless! I will have them come every two weeks now. Makes my life so much easier! Glad I called!

We have used April's Cleaning Service for many years, and they have always done an excellent job. They are punctual, courteous, friendly, and work hard.. The older we get (my wife and I are retired), the more we appreciate the job that they do. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service.

Very efficient , quick quote which was what I needed . Had the crew booked a few days away so it was just perfect. Angel was amazing ( she leads the team) and I was very happy with the service, cleaning and price.

I’ve been basically happy with the service over the last couple of years - as is. They’re reliable, quiet, polite, professional. We pay a reasonable price; I do think that included in the service, every few months some additional cleaning of one or more of the rooms, e.g. oven/refrigerator cleaning, under furniture, additional dusting should be performed. My neighbor uses them as well, and has for years, and we have been happy with them. The only other suggestion or request I have is to not absolutely require the payment be made before the cleaning can begin. I’d prefer to pay after the service is performed, how most services are handled, and I’d be more inclined to add a tip if I knew how they did, if on-time, how long/thoroughly they cleaned, etc…. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good cleaning service.

After building a new home, we needed a move-out cleaning for our house. Everyone knows moving is stressful and exhausting. We did not have time to drive 40 minutes each way to do a final clean. I found April's Cleaning Service through Google and was fortunate to discover a fantastic company!

Professional, thorough, and very efficient. I highly recommend this company. The house smelled fresh & clean, everything looked sparkling! I was so impressed I was tempted to move back in! I wish they cleaned homes in Sanford; I would use them permanently.

We’ve been using April’s Cleaning Service every two weeks over several months for home cleaning services, and have had a consistently wonderful experience. The cleaners are always on time, do great work, and are pleasant and courteous. The cost for service is competitive. What is particularly great/unique about this company is their prompt communication and responsiveness. Whether by phone, text, or email, you can expect a quick reply, and they’ve been super accommodating when I needed to change our scheduled service time. When I was initially shopping around for cleaning services, April’s was one of the only companies that got back to me immediately; most others took several days or never got back to me at all. They also have automated emails that remind you a few days in advance of your upcoming service, and text when they’re on the way to the house. I only have good things to share about this company!

They came recommended through our real estate agent (who probably got some commission from all of this).

Their maids probably did bare minimum, left the AC on, on a move out cleaning. We found out about it after we received hundreds of dollars in bill that the AC was on the entire time. They lied to us that they removed all the spider webs in the house, when there were none (which was confirmed by our handyman who went into the house prior), that prompted me that they were outright just lying on how much cleaning the home needed. Not a good move on the real estate agent's part for recommending them.

So these maids ended up costing us more. You can't just turn the AC on and leave. So unprofessional. After reading other reviews, I have no hope that they will take any accountability or responsibility. They seem to have poor work ethic.

Don't use this company and if any real estate agent recommends you this company, don’t go with it. It’s an internal money pit set up to extract money.

@ April Johnson. The service was booked under my spouse's name, do consider possibilities before saying I am mistaken for some other services. I am NOT. This was your company and the real estate agent is your contact, I am not disclosing the name for privacy and by doing so I am doing a favor on you both. You likely didn't even check thoroughly. How can you be so sure without knowing the exact name that none of the realtors recognized my name. Well, the real estate agent was also in touch with my spouse. Your cleaners didn't have the courtesy to turn off the AC before leaving on a move out cleaning. Take some accountability for the inconvenience your services caused us.

I wanted a good idea for a birthday gift for my daughter as a new mom. April’s cleaning was the answer. They clean her house every three weeks, it’s affordable and done well. I see what they do and it helps a new mom actually have more time to just be a mom.

I've used April's cleaning services at my home for over 6 years, when we moved from Apex we took April with us! The service is impeccable. Prices are reasonable.
