West Domestic were referred to us by a friend and we could not be happier with the Deep Clean service that we had. The crew was on time and were meticulous with their cleaning. I can say it was more than I expected for the value.

Don't think twice about this company. They are phenomenal!

Full Disclosure: I live in an old 1930’s fake house that will be torn down when we move. We are staying here while we can pay off debt and save to build our forever home! The house will never look “brand new clean” but I need our space to be as clean, cozy, and tidy as it can be!

This company came HIGHLY suggested by many people and they DELIVERED! I reached out via Facebook, got a response within an hour. Got a text from their scheduling assistant, explained the home and what I needed, they gave me a price quote that I felt was beyond reasonable/fair. They were SO accommodating, and then showed up 15 min early for their scheduled time. These ladies worked their butts off for the 4.5 hour window I scheduled. The supervisor showed up to help within the first hour, she also scrubbed, supervised, and then walked every room with me to confirm I was pleased with the result. They were kind, courteous, and they did a FANTASTIC job. They went above and beyond in every single aspect. My refrigerator and stove, inside and out look brand new! Every inch of molding around my doors/baseboards etc. have been scrubbed.

Worth every single penny. Carol, the supervisor, was amazing. She came to me when there was about an hour left of the time slot I booked and let me know they would need another hour or 1.5 hours to finish. She let me know the price ahead of time and let me decide how to proceed. Team 8 with Yamina and Rosio and Carol as the supervisor was the absolute DREAM TEAM! I felt they absolutely used their time to the best they could, so I had no issues paying for another 1.5 hours to finish plus tip! The house needed it BADLY and I couldn’t be happier with my result or with this company.

I wanted to let you know that your cleaning crew did a fantastic job!!! It was so nice to come home to a sparkling clean home. I was out of town while the cleaning was done, but it was obvious that the girls had done a wonderful job from top to bottom. I scheduled a deep clean because we were putting out house on the market and we wanted it extra clean. I was so impressed by the finished level of cleanliness. The cleaning team arrived (Team 3) and checked in to see what I needed. They were very friendly and cleaned everything I asked and more! My house looked amazing! Today was our first time hiring West Domestic for a cleaning service. We selected the ”WEST // Monthly - Up to 1,500 sq/ft” and the “ADD ON: Baseboards, Doors and Trim” options. The personnel were professional, kind, and did amazing. I recommend this company and look forward to working with them again on the regular.

This was our first time using West Domestic. Two cleaners arrived and we had asked for a standard clean plus baseboards & doors. The cleaners arrived on-time, were friendly, and did an AMAZING job. I also loved the attention to detail - they did the baseboards and floor in the linen closet, folded the many throw blankets neatly, and even organized our laundry room for us which I was not expecting! I am beyond happy with the service and will be using them again.

We had a deep cleaning done today and the ladies did a fabulous job! They checked in with us about specifics we did or did not want done when they arrived. My house is spotless! Thank you!

We had our first deep clean with West Domestic yesterday, and they did a phenomenal job. I am pretty particular, and the place was spotless. The kids are obsessed with the adorable way that they arranged their stuffed animals.

Edited: We used this company for over a year. The place was always very clean, but after awhile things started breaking - some
pictures were destroyed, the wall was scratched, and something yellow and sticky was dumped all over the floor, bed, wall, and nightstand in our master bedroom after they left. The owners were always wonderful dealing with it, but these things just started happening too frequently. We were told that they didn’t use anything yellow and sticky, but a couple of months later the SAME material appeared once again right after they left. This time it was in our bathroom and splattered on the hall carpet. We ended up switching cleaners, and our new lady thinks it might be some sort of air freshener. We have scrubbed and scrubbed and gotten professional carpet cleaners, but it won’t even fade much, let alone go away. The carpet was only a few years old, and now we’ll most likely need to replace sections of it to out our house on the market.

The ladies who cleaned our home did an amazing job! They were here an hour earlier than the appointment time and stayed longer than scheduled to finish every room. They truly went above and beyond! We were blown away with the attention to detail. As a new mom, I was struggling to keep the house as clean as I’d like, so it was an amazing gift to myself 🙂 I would 1000% recommend and will be booking another cleaning ASAP. Best money I’ve ever spent!

The ladies on the team that clean my house always to a great job. They’re always on time and very easy to reschedule if something comes up. Most of the crew doesn’t speak much English but they are able to contact a supervisor very quickly for translation if needed. Everyone is always very friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

Such a great experience with West Domestic. I was not on site during my service. I returned to an impeccably clean home where they had really paid attention to the details.
