Had Kat's cleaning service perform a deep clean in advance of recurring house cleanings. We are so happy with the service they provided. The team that came did a fantastic job getting our house to a level of cleanliness that we simply have never been able to get it to. We're looking forward to their continued service.

Kat’s Cleaning Services is absolutely amazing! They’re professional, reliable, and always leave my home spotless. Update: To make things worse we also incurred a $40 fee through our property rental company for trash that was left on-site by Kat's cleaning crew after they finished cleaning. See pictures.

I would never recommend this company based on their outrageous pricing. I wish I would have gone with my previous cleaning company (US Cleaning Pros) who in the past have charged a flat $280 fee for a full move-out cleaning service which included appliances like the oven and refrigerator.

My experience with Kat's for a standard move-out cleaning service could not have been more disappointing. The total charges compared to the initial estimate were shocking. I was quoted $340 for a complete cleaning plus additional fees for fridge and oven cleaning, expecting a final fee in the low $400 range. What Kat's ended up charging my card was nearly $700. When I called to discuss this expense I was told I had already been called and made aware of the need for these excessive charges. Sorry? No, I had not. The only call I ever received was to inform me that their cleaner would be back the following day to finish cleaning my fridge. No mention of extra charges.
It was their word against mine (not like there is any way to dispute charges with a company that doesn't issue refunds).
The time and amount of visits it took to complete the work was far greater than expected (3 total visits after asking my neighbor check their work, since my move was out of state.) The lack of business transparency was shameful. Regardless of how much work they felt it would require to fully clean my home there should have been urgency in disclosing the pricing discrepancy from Kat's staff before agreeing to complete the work. Instead I received a bill once out of state for twice what I was expecting.
Best of luck to this company going forward, but as an unhappy customer I feel obligated to share my experience with others seeking a simple move-out cleaning service. When you are only looking to spot clean a landlord's home to avoid security deposit penalties there are certainly much cheaper options out there!

Kat’s Cleaning came out and did a great job, the team was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. They answered questions quickly before hand and provided accurate estimates.

Fantastic work from Team 1 today cleaning my little cottage top to bottom...the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors just glowed!!! Loved the sweet little touches like folded hand towels and tissue rosettes...just top notch work...I honestly cannot wait to have another cleaning from West Domestic...

Cleaning was well done, but an item was broken. The cleaners did not report it, and when I contacted them to discuss, they said the cleaners reported no issues. I am angry my loved item is broken, but more angry they made me feel like a liar and didn't just tell me it happened; mistakes happen and I'd have understood. Trusted them in my home with my things and that trust was broken.

I heard great things about this place but after 2 months of reaching out and getting the run around for setting an appointment, I've given up and moved on elsewhere. It's really too bad. I'm not reviewing their cleaning skills as I never had them in my home. There is nothing wrong with saying that they can't take new customers, I would respect that. Just don't ignore someone trying that is trying to pay you to clean their home.

The ladies provided 5 star cleaning service. I was very pleased with my kitchen and bathrooms being cleaned.

West sends two of their best to do clean for us. We love them so much, and they come back monthly. Their attention to detail is unbelievable. So happy to have found them.

I have 2 rentals and my primary residence. I use West Domestic for all my move-out cleanings. They are the best and always do a top notch job.

Had our home professionally deep cleaned for the first time today and all I can say is wow!! West domestic was amazing. Super communicative, prompt at scheduling and the service was phenomenal. Such a great experience and have decided to go to routine cleaning!

Scheduled West Domestic for a Move In cleaning and verified what was included (interior/exterior of cabinets in addition to their normal cleaning of bathrooms, oven, etc.). We left a key under the mat because this company was recommended. They didn't clean the cabinets, the oven, or even our bath tub. Not sure what they did other than leaving pretty toilet paper flowers on every TP roll. I spoke with the owner and she apologized and I was given a 50% refund. Having just moved to town, I was looking forward to utilizing West Domestic because they use green products. Unfortunately I'll be going elsewhere.

Best professional cleaning service we have used so far! We especially love team #3. Every team we've had has always been on time, very friendly and has left the house very clean. They are more detail-oriented than other companies we've used before.
I also love the smell of their cleansers, no heavy bleach or chemical smell.
When we had a small issue one time, we were able to get in contact easily and got an immediate reply and a quick solution. We'll be customers for a long time.

West Domestic truly outdid themselves with the deep clean they performed on our house! I actually delivered my baby the day they came to clean the house and my mom had come over to meet them since our dog and two cats were home. They were very accommodating with the animals in the house and were very professional the entire time they were here. When we arrived back home from the hospital two days later our house looked amazing and like we had just moved into it! Will definitely be calling them again to come clean the house in a few weeks since I am so preoccupied with a newborn baby and haven't had much time to keep things tidy!

Team showed up on time and with all necessary equipment. They work diligently and have a good plan when attacking the project. I felt like they worked straight through, no chatting or both working on same area. I like that they are professional and I trust them 100%. My house was clean, smelled awesome and everyone was done with care. I would recommend them 100%.

This is the best, most professional team I have ever seen! They are pure EXCELLENCE! I used this group to do a deep clean of my large house. I was so impressed that I am now going to have them come on a regular basis to keep it up!!!
