What an amazing company to deal with! Response time in inital booking was great. They showed up 30 minutes early which was also a perk. My house has never been cleaner! I now already have them booked to come once a month. Could not recommend a better company!

I was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning service and the professionalism of cleaning staff. The clean is bar none, the best, The added touches of making the bed up extra nice and tissue/tp flowers make this my favorite cleaning service.

Updated review for 2022:
For the past six months or so I’ve continued to have quality issues and customer service issues while maintaining our monthly clean. I’ve brought these items to the attention of the owner’s assistant, and was never truly provided with any insight in to the inconsistency of the quality between the different teams and how they cleaned our home. In addition, I would have to request multiple times for invoices to be paid to the card on file - in February alone, I requested this for over a week before payment was finally taken.

On January 5, I requested and was confirmed (or so I believed via the former assistant) for the next 6 months of monthly cleans for our home. This was me hoping that we he quality and service improved as I gave feedback with each visit. Last week, when the team didn’t show up for the agreed upon scheduled time, I learned that the owner’s former assistant did not put any of my requests in the system nor did they try to accommodate for that miss. Again, I’ve tried to be more forgiving due to staffing issues, the pandemic, etc but the quality and service have really gone downhill in the last 6 months or so. If the owner knew the former assistant wasn’t doing their job and was effectively let go, it should have been immediate that client messages were reviewed for any communications regarding appointments or issues.

The final straw for me was the message I received today, from the new assistant, that states that we can not receive our standard monthly clean for March nor could any of our future dates be accommodated. In addition, I was not provided with any alternate dates or times for services. Until staffing and customer service is greatly improved, I can not recommend this company any longer unfortunately.

We recently used West Domestic for a deep clean on our townhome and they did a fabulous job. Team 4 arrived in a timely manner, took all COVID precautions, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We were so impressed that we have booked them again...hope to continue to do so in the future as well.

We also recently utilized their new trash and recycling bin cleaning service as well. I can’t recommend this enough. Our bins were clean and smelled lemony fresh. We will certainly be utilizing this service more often. [This was discontinued shortly after we had our services]

The West Domestic team did such a great job - they went above and beyond and I’m so thankful for their hard work!

I recently moved to Cary from Texas. I have had several excellent housekeepers that I used for years in Houston. West Domestic is the third business I have spoken with in NC. Brenda was very nice, but the problem is that the vast majority of the staff at these cleaning firms do not speak English. Therefore, if you would like certain cleaning products used (that I provide) or have expensive rugs that need to be cleaned with a certain vacuum (I provide), it is a nightmare trying to communicate. Also, you may not have the same people each time. My previous housekeepers were individuals who spoke English. Most cleaning firms, including West Domestic, cannot provide that type of service. This is not a problem unique to West Domestic. I sent Brenda a copy of instructions for my home. It was not burdensome or unreasonable, but she said that she could not help me. This company probably does a good job for businesses or for people who just want the place cleaned and don’t have expensive rugs or products they prefer. The price was not the problem.

West Domestic, LLC is reliable, thorough, courteous, and well-priced for the housekeeping / cleaning services they have provided me over the course of the last year. I recommend West Domestic highly!

We had an incredible clean today from team seven. The two ladies were extremely hard-working, efficient, and kind. We will definitely look forward to booking them again!

We had not had a house cleaner since the pandemic started. We are older and have multiple dogs. Our older home was desperately in need of a deep clean. We took advantage of their 10th anniversary special which was such a bargain. The three ladies that West Domestic sent did a wonderful and comprehensive job! It was such a joy to sit in our home after they finished. We look forward to continuing to work with West Domestic for regular cleaning. They are organized and flexible when scheduling follow up. I booked a last minute cleaning and they were very detailed and thorough! We have 6 kids and our house isn’t easy to clean. I was very impressed with what they got done in a few hours. Highly recommend and love that they use non-toxic cleaners.
