WOW is the best word I can think of to describe the amazing job this team did. We asked for a move-out clean and it was done fast and thoroughly. We couldn't be happier. Angel is a great communicator and so easy to work with. I got the deep cleaning services and from the start the experience was amazing. The folks on the phone answered my questions and did such an amazing job helping me understand and book my service. Angel and Ruth really spent time making sure everything was done well and now it feels like a whole new house. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone!

I would strongly advise anyone considering this cleaning service to read through both positive and negative reviews before making a decision. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been highly disappointing, particularly in regard to customer service and the handling of an issue that arose after a cleaning. We suspect their business strategy is to perform a spotless first deep cleaning and following up with new customers to ask for good reviews which continue driving net new business.

Initially, we were very satisfied with the company's first deep cleaning, and we left a positive review as requested. We then decided to schedule recurring monthly cleanings. While the subsequent cleanings were adequate, they did not meet the same standard as the initial one. However, we continued the service for several months, as both the office staff (especially Angela) and the cleaning crews were friendly and professional.

The problem began on November 18th, when a cleaner from the company came to our home. After the cleaning, we discovered that the wands of a set of window blinds had been damaged. The blinds, which were located in a rarely used room, were always left open to allow the lights in. And they were left fully closed after the cleaning, which is why we noticed the issue. Upon attempting to adjust the blinds, we realized the mechanism was broken and no longer functioning.

We immediately contacted the office the same day, and the office staff Angela responded in email and apologized, offering to let us hire a handyman to assess the damage. We did so, incurring a $253 fee for the repair. When we submitted the invoice to the company for reimbursement, we were met with an unexpectedly hostile response from the business owner, Kat. Kat denied any responsibility for the damage, questioned the validity of our claim, and refused to acknowledge the evidence we provided, including the invoice from the handyman. Throughout our conversations, Kat was dismissive, combative, and failed to allow us to speak, which was both unprofessional and distressing.

Despite providing all necessary documentation and engaging in a prolonged back-and-forth, Kat ultimately insisted that the blinds were likely damaged due to wear and tear, not by their cleaners. Additionally, she dismissed the repair costs by suggesting the payment method through Angi's List made the expense invalid, even though the service was performed and paid for directly by us.

This experience has been frustrating, emotionally taxing, and time-consuming. As parents of young children, we simply do not have the energy to engage in prolonged disputes over an issue that should have been resolved promptly and professionally. We have used other cleaning services for over five years without encountering such a situation, and the lack of accountability shown by the business owner is concerning. The business owner’s refusal to address the issue and her rude, unprofessional behavior have left us questioning whether this company values its customers and whether their employees feel supported when incidents occur during cleaning and whether they feel safe to report such issues.

We have come to regard the $253 we paid to assess the damage as a loss, along with the emotional toll this experience has caused. While the cleaning itself was generally acceptable, the customer service we received was well below expectations. A quick look at other reviews on Google or Yelp reveals that we are not alone in our concerns about the owner's rude and disrespectful attitude. In fact, the owner's response to many negative reviews has been, "we were not able to locate you in our database." Based on our interactions with Kat, we are not surprised by this approach and fully expect her to continue denying these issues. Nonetheless, we felt it was important to share our experience so that others can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid a similar situation.

Kats cleaning company is amazing! They have done a Fabulous job cleaning my home! The staff are really great to work with. If they miss a spot, I politely mention it to them and they immediately fix it without any issues. I highly recommend you check them out if you need your home or business cleaned. ☺️👍

Where do I start? The cleaners were absolutely amazing. After losing my husband last year, it put me in a depression. A friend of mine mentioned a fresh start and got me a deep cleaning as a surprise. as soon as I walked in, I started crying but only good tears! Thank you so much for the care in details. The experience I had with the employees at Kats Cleaning Service was amazing. The team was on time and they explained the cleaning process step for step. But overall I have never had a deep clean like the one that these technicians performed on my home. Will definitely refer a friend/family.

We've been using Kat's Cleaning Services for close to two years and we're pretty crazy about them! They text a few days before to remind us that they're coming and then again, usually 20 min before they arrive. They clean the apartment very nicely. By the time they leave, everything is neat and clean. The only one upset is the dog, who doesn't understand who gave them permission to run the vacuum cleaner. We highly recommend!

I tried so hard to love them. Running the front office are Angel, Bianca and Kat; they are all warm and friendly folks and generous with "upgrading us to deep cleans" when they had to cancel or forgot to come and clean. The problem is execution. We had Kat's clean 2x month for approximately 3 1/2 months and during that time, the best cleaning was the first one. We hadn't seen them since. After that, cleaning was fair to good at best. the problems we encountered, and couldn't seem to get resolved were among others, no shows (Three times), constant rescheduling and rarely the same leader - which led to the team "redecorating" when they were here. They also (IMO, as I work from home and can hear them scurrying around) tend to be focused on getting to the next job as soon as possible which led to missed rooms, master shower, kitchen counters and or a missed or poorly mopped floor. You get the idea. What they did clean, they did pretty well. You just generally needed to put things back the way they were before Kat's arrived.
The last straw was the original crew was to come back and clean for us. Very exciting as we were looking for that conscientious team to come back! Unfortunately, an hour before they were supposed to arrive, I received a call from Angel saying there would be no cleaning today.

Kat’s cleaning crew does a fantastic job! They keep my house clean and dog hair free despite best efforts of my constantly shedding Labradors. The team is professional and consistent. They create flowers and bows with the toilet paper or paper towels. It feels like a hotel when they leave.

We definitely want to give a shout out to this company. They helped us with a really tough situation. we had a tenant at one of our rental properties that left quite a disastrous mess. This company came in and made everything feel brand new. They did it with care and compassion. We certainly were pleased and would definitely use their services again. You should consider them as well.

I hired Kat’s cleaning service to deep clean a friend’s house and they did an AMAZING job! The customer service was great and they truly care about their customers. Plus they are women own and ran and are truly doing what they can to help their community. I couldn’t sing their praises enough!

Awful company that argues with customers instead of addressing concerns. Kat, the owner, spent 30 minutes arguing with me after I pointed out areas the cleaners missed. She completely dismissed and gaslighted me about the situation. Later, she even called back and threatened that if I didn’t pay by the end of the day, I’d be arrested. Stay far away from this business.

I have been meaning to write this review forever and am just getting around to it. Kat's Cleaning Service is outstanding. They have been coming probably for around a year now, and I could not be happier with the service. When my old service decided to retire their business I wasn't sure what to do, but Kat's came highly recommended so I decided to see how it goes. I couldn't be happier. So far, I have had zero cancellations, there are always great cleaners who do such an amazing job with my chaotic and toy-filled house, and everyone is so nice! Honestly I wish I had found them years ago, we all really love to see the house after Kat's has been here!

I just had a deep clean completed yesterday by Kats Cleaning. I would highly recommend them, they we very professional, my house looks amazing I most definitely is continuing services with them bi weekly cleanings.
