The ladies of Squeaky Clean are wonderful. They always do an excellent job for our biweekly house cleanings. They have a great attention to detail. They’re also very flexible and accommodating if unforeseen circumstances arrive and we need to move our cleaning day for the week. Highly recommend their services!

We have been using Squeaky klin For several years. Mostly for big jobs like deep cleaning, move-in cleaning move out cleaning, And the occasional Scheduled CLeaning.We have always found them to be very responsive and Quick to respond. They show up when they say they’re going to, the ladies are always very polite and they do a wonderful and thorough job. This is coming from somebody who’s quite particular about how Our home is kept. I have recommended them several times to people in the area.

The worst day is Thursday, they day before they come for the cleaning, and the next day, our office looks more organized and friendly.

The employees at Kat’s cleaning were nothing short of amazing. My husband and I had a deep clean done on our home before we hosted company and had family come visit. The cleaning was done throughly but also in a timely manner. Compared to a cleaning we had done last year from another company, this service was 3 times better!

I’m weeks away from my due date and our home needed a DEEP clean to prep for the postpartum period. Kat’s Cleaning made the process from quote to sparkling clean super simple. Kat’s team was responsive, on time, thorough, and friendly throughout the process. Thank you for taking a big to-do off my plate! The house feels amazing and at a time when my energy was super low and I couldn’t imagine doing a deep clean myself y’all really came through.

What a great experience...the team at Kats has been patient and accommodating as I've transitioned from one service to another. With allergies in our family I have to be a pit particular and they have gone above and beyond and they are especially efficient! Follow up, minor adjustment, and today was perfect! Kat and her team were fantastic at getting us on their schedule for a move-out clean where we needed them on a specific date & time due to a compressed moving timeline! Kat's communication was phenomenal, the team arrived as scheduled, and they completed the job timely. They did an amazing job getting the house clean for the new owners! Definitely recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Kat's Cleaning Service. They were incredibly responsive when I requested a quote, detailed to ensure I knew what was covered and what to expect, and the team was so friendly and professional. My family have been using Kat for nearly 4 year, they have been coming every 2 weeks like clockwork.

In that time we’ve had great service overall. On a handful of visits (over 4 years) if we felt something was missed they were prompt to fix the issue.

Communication from them is great. They txt 30 min before they arrive (within the time slot you book) AND if you’re out they text when they are finished.

Another big plus is see with Kat is she is fully insured and does not mess around. We had an unfortunate accident where a cleaner fell through a shower door (accidents happen!). Thankfully the cleaner was ok with minor cuts and bruises. The response to fix the door was rapid. Shoot, I was holding up the process allowing the company to come replace the door.

Bottom line. This outfit works hard to get it done. And they pull it off. Great friendly teams, and Angel is always there if I have random requests or wish to reschedule.

BEWARE!
So many issues but the final straw was refusing to take responsibility for spilling a substance on carpet that took the color out when it dried, causing permanent damage. After repeated attempts to get a response, I posted a negative review and at that point received a call from Kat. She denied that they had caused damage and asked if I had video proof of them causing the damage! Who has cameras all over their house recording cleaners? Kat was very unprofessional and disrespectful, talking over me and attempting to twist the issue. If she responds to this review, as it appears is her habit, she will try to discredit me, but it is simply a matter of her refusing to stand behind her work.

Kat's cleaning service did an amazing job cleaning my house after I moved out! They went above and beyond and I would definitely use them again and will refer them to any friends and family that need a cleaning service. I was super impressed!!

They did a fantastic job on the window seals, and dusting. The baseboards look good as new. They ensured my satisifcation prior to leaving, and look forward to this relationship as this service is phenomial.
