Mark and his team are fantastic! They arrived early- set up equipment and began cleaning! I was amazed at their setup, state of the art and compact! Our grill (which had been neglected) looked amazing after they were finished!!

My Weber Genesis E-330 propane grill had seen better days after sitting uncovered outside for years and then being put in storage. I treated it like one of those "replace every two year" Char-Broil grills. Once my new house was built, I was ready to get it out and put it to use. It needed the full cleaning and some modifications/maintenance.

Needless to say, they left the grill looking like new, which is a feat in itself. This alone was worth 5 stars. However, it was the extra mile that differentiates Grill Restoration of NC. They took time to research the modifications needed, tracked down parts (and ordered them), and came back once they came in to wrap up the job. They are nothing but professional and will always do what is needed to make sure you are satisfied. If I could give 10 stars (out of 5) I would.

Mark cleaned our 15-20 year old grill. We were thinking about just getting a new grill, but came across this service. Mark was prompt and professional. He cleaned inside and outside...it looked brand new. Pricing was fair for the service. I highly recommend Grill Restoration of NC!

I love grilling but hate cleaning. Mark and Lisa arrived on time and ready to go to work on my grill. They had all supplies including water with them. My very well used grill was shining like new when they finished. No mess left behind either. I will definitely be using their services at least once/year.

I was having problems with my new Weber grill. It wouldn't heat over 350. I tried the recommended solution from YouTube, but it still wouldn't heat properly. I emailed Grill Restoration and Mark emailed me back. After obtaining information and a picture of my grill, he emailed the procedure to fix the problem. It worked. Mark's responsiveness and knowledge proved invaluable in addressing my problem. I would highly recommend his company for any grill needs.

I am using my personal Google account because our hotel does not have a commercial account for reviews... I am the GM and represent the Sonesta Suites Hotel in Cary NC. We recently had Mark out to restore our grill back to working form... He not only fixed and repaired the broken, worn components, but he also cleaned the grill to almost brand new state. I am absolutely amazed of the quality of service and the value for what we paid. This grill is in our pool area and gets a ton of use from our guests. THANK YOU for all you did Mark. Mark and Lisa were a delight to work with to deep clean and repair my almost 10 year old grill. I had thought about purchasing a new grill but am happy I didn't after seeing my sparkling clean grill. They also installed a new igniter part for my grill since it wasn't igniting and it now works well. I will definitely be using their services again to keep my grill in great shape going forward!

Mark did an awesome job of cleaning my Genesis. He was cleaning my neighbors grill and based on my neighbors satisfaction I contacted him to do mine. He gave me an estimate and told me he was 3 weeks out to get to me. He texted after 2 1/2 weeks and we set a date and time. He arrived on time. Did an unbelievable job. First deep clean in the 8 years I have owned it. He checked out all connections and let me know that the grill was still in outstanding shape. I use this over 100 times each year. Mark and Lisa were fantastic. They contacted me immediately when I inquired about getting my grill deep cleaned. Promptly supplied me with a quote and once we scheduled a date to have it done, they were on time. (A huge plus in my book) Their attention to detail and cleanliness was beyond magnificent. They had my grill looking like new again. So much so that I don't want to dirty it up. LOL. But now that I have found them, they have a customer for life.

Had a built in stainless steel gas grill and Traeger smoker cleaned… it literally looks almost new after several years. Not only did the tech do a good job, but he was mindful of cleaning up after himself. All around a great experience and I’d definitely recommend for regular service… don’t wait like I did.
