360 Cleaning NC did an awesome job on my house. They were on time, super friendly, and really went through their checklist. My place looked and smelled amazing after they finished. And you can tell they actually care about their work. I also loved that they asked me how they did and worked with me on price and customization. I really recommend them if you have a house of any size and want the small details looked at and taken care of. I’ll be using them again soon!

They were like ninjas! They cleaned the interior glass and no one hardly knew they were there - hard to do in an office building with 2,000 workers. I would recommend them.

Cleaned my office windows today. The fellow that worked my office was nice and did a good job. I am however disappointed to witness another of the employees throw his cigarette butt down in our parking lot and leave it there.

At Research Commons in RTP, NC, we have partnered with Scottie's Building Services to handle our interior and exterior window cleaning. Their Business Development team understands our needs and makes sure that they get relayed properly to the project manager and field crews. I enjoy working with every one of them and our tenants love to see Scottie's enter their building! We are able to work with each tenant on the schedule that is provided prior to the scheduled date. Scottie's is very good at accommodating last minute scheduled changes as well.

Michael did a great job. he was prompt, professional and a very nice guy.

Not reliable!!! They were 3 hrs late for the scheduled cleaning service. Upon arrival they realized they brought the wrong cleaning supplies and had to reschedule for the next day. They did a partial job and have not returned any calls in explanation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I purchased a local deal through Amazon and was lucky enough to get my money back. Buyer Beware!!!

Make sure you ask 50 questions before you deal with them. Bought a deal from them for 3 rooms and a hallway up to 500 square feet. Turns out all 3 and the hall would be well over that, so we figure no big deal we can do the 2 rooms and a hall and one area, one square foot in the 3rd bedroom and we'll still be getting a deal. But no, their policy is no spot treatments what so ever. So either we get only the 2 bedrooms and the hallway cleaned or add the 3rd one for another 50 bucks. This was not in the fine print nor was it explained to me when I scheduled the service. Shady.

Michael was prompt in scheduling my carpet cleaning and he did a great job removing the stains. He was also courteous and professional. Would use his services again.
