He was always on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He walked us through what he was doing and even took extra time on a few stubborn spots I was sure would never come out. By the time he was done, the carpets looked way better than I expected—fresh, clean, and like they had a whole new life. We were beyond impressed.

We had our carpets and oriental rugs cleaned by Hratch from Apex Peak Carpet Cleaners this week. VERY happy with the whole experience!

To find them, I Googled something like "Apex carpet cleaners oriental rugs" because I wanted someone with experience cleaning those without damaging them. Too much liquid and the wool holds the water too long and can get moldy; too much heat or chemicals and the colors can run. Also liked the idea of an independent business vs. a chain. We've used Zerorez twice in the past. It's always a big upsell thing, where they take a blue light and shame you with how many pet stains they can point out all over the house. Then they charge you a per-spot extra fee for taking care of them. Very expensive.

Apex Peak Carpet Cleaners is a husband and wife team. Hratch was super nice, not at ALL pushy, no blue light shaming. He did all of our carpeted rooms, two oriental rugs, several throw rugs/runners, and the carpeted treads on two sets of stairs -- including a deodorizing treatment for all -- for less than we paid Zerorez. A great experience overall, and of course, the carpets are nice and clean too. The oriental rug's colors are crisp and bright like it's new, and no fading or color running at all on our dark red and beige wool rug in the dining room. Highly recommend!

Honestly so happy to have found this family business! They were wonderful + accommodating + super communicative--and extra convenient that I could just text them everything to set up the appointment and get details up front. There were no surprise costs and overall the price was really affordable [especially since I opted for the neutralizing deodorant. Normally I would avoid ANY fragrances (those "fragrant" chemicals typically give me headaches) and honestly when I first smelled it I was concerned BUT the smell dissipated quickly and I'm overall REALLY happy with the results! Since we have 6 properties in the Triangle... these guys are definitely going to be my go-to carpet cleaners from now on!

I tried blotting and cleaning myself but stains settled in and no luck getting these rugs cleaned. Until Apex Peak Carpet Cleaning came and cleaned both rugs and got the old stains out!!
