We have worked with Quartz Residential Cleaning Services since their inception, so for about 7 years now! Jack is an excellent communicator, the team does a wonderful job cleaning our home, and we are so grateful for the quality work they have done for us over the years. We know exactly which day and time they will arrive, and they always arrive within 30 min to an hour of our scheduled cleaning. It usually takes them 1.5-2 hours to clean our home. We have our home cleaned bi-weekly and it truly is a life-saver for our family. I highly recommend Quartz Residential Cleaning Services for your house cleaning needs!

Quartz Cleaning (previously Lisa’s Cleaning Services) has provided interior cleaning of our home since 2015. Their services have remained consistent, continuing to meet our expectations. The random time we were less than satisfied, it only took one call/email to the owner and it was addressed. While staff has shifted, service has not = training is spot on.

We have been a customer of Quartz for years and always enjoyed their service. They are punctual and do great job. Jack, the owner, is very easy to communicate with for updates or any changes needed. I definitely recommend them.

Just had my house cleaned by Lisa's Cleaning Service and I am thrilled... 4 women arrived on time and cleaned from top to bottom. I don't know what vacuum they use, but my carpet looks like it was just shampooed!

Lisa's Cleaning Service is great! We've been using them for several years now. They're very thorough, and they work around our dogs with no problems.

Lisa's Cleaning Services has cleaned our home for the past 3+ years. She employs competent people and they provide good service. She promptly responds to requests for service changes and other contacts. We find Lisa's Cleaning Service to be outstanding.

Their cleaning service was so-so. They did some things well and others not. I think they've had a lot of turnover amongst the actual cleaners as it seems like I had a different crew every time and the good ones always left. Several weeks ago the crew, while cleaning, openly mocked and talked trash about the owner as if I wasn't even there.
Lisa called me several days later to schedule for the holidays. I offered flexibility at that point, but she said she'd keep me at my regular time. I told her about the crew and she apologized. The day before my scheduled cleaning (right before Thanksgiving), Lisa tries to change my time from 1:30 to 9 or 10am in order to "let the girls go home early". I tell her I can't, that I have other appointments. I work from home and travel and she knows that. The next day the crew arrives 1.5 hours early anyways. I'm not home, and Lisa is calling and texting wondering where I am. I interrupt my appointment to deal with her ultimatum of "if you're not home in 10 minutes, we're canceling". I tried to explain I'd be home at the scheduled time, but things went downhill and we parted ways. This was not the first time the owner pulled something like this. There were several times they rescheduled or tried to at the last minute.
She must have promised the crew they could leave early, and instead of upsetting and risking losing a disloyal crewmember, she decided to lose a paying customer.

Came in a for a 30 min home consult for a first time cleaning and after some rescheduling and being accommodating on my end I never heard back from them, most likely because I wanted the minimum cleaning package and they didn't think it was worth their time/money. Whatever the deal is, transparency is better than a "I will send you a menu of prices". I'm just upset that they could've told me all this over a 10 min phone call vs a 30 min visit with some advice on how I needed to pick up stuff when the cleaning service arrived. The alternative service I found now is a gem compared to this business here.

After seeing the glowing reviews for Lisa, I attempted to schedule a cleaning with her. I called three times yesterday and left a message after no one picked up each time, but didn't receive a call back....until 5:49AM the next day. It was very strange to see when I woke up, a call that came from a business way off business hours. Nonetheless, I gave Lisa one final call just earlier today and still no one picked up. I decided to go with Molly Maid instead since they actually picked up the first time I called. Lisa, you're missing out on paying customers!
