I have been using Evergreen for over a decade and continue to be pleased with their service. They initially installed my irrigation system and have maintained it ever since. They promptly answer any questions I have and are quick to address any issues that come up.

Working with Chris and his team was a pleasure for the design and construction of a side patio and walkway and the installation of gutter drains and a drain bed along our property. They were very responsive to changes during the job and were communicative thought. We are very happy with the outcome and get many compliments on the job which came in under many other estimates.

Evergreen installed and services our system. They are extremely professional and great to work with. They explain everything and give you all your options. We couldn’t be happier that we chose them for our sprinkler and exterior lighting system.

I highly recommend Chris for the professional and reliable manner in which he does business. We had some supply chain issues but we were able to work them in the end, thanks to Chris's out right hustle. No job is too small or big for them. I would gladly do business with Chris again.

I have used Evergreen for years. They put in my lawn irrigation and then also an irrigation system into my pastures. They did a great job for both installations at a fair costs also. Their work is always very good, with utmost professionalism. If I ever need service they are very quick to respond and they get the work completed quickly. True professionals and great customer service.

We initially used Evergreen to design and install hard scape extensions on our drive way as well as renovate, sod, and install irrigation throughout our yard. A few years later the hardscaping and sod continue to look great and we continue to use them for all of our irrigation maintenance needs.
They are very easy to get in touch with via email and always quick to come out to help.
Would very much recommend their services. -
We recently completed a pretty large project with Evergreen and we are quite happy with the final product. Our project includes both hardscape and landscape elements. We took the time to get 4 bids and meet with various contractors. We were most comfortable with Evergreen and Chris as he made us feel that he would be the most flexible about things. That ended up being the case as we made changes along the way and Chris was very helpful. It was clear that he wanted us to be happy with the project at the end of the day. He made a number of suggestions throughout the project that made a lot of sense. We would use Evergreen again and recommend that anyone at least give them a shot at discussing their project

GrassRoots worked with us to install a garden path and bury downspouts at our home. They were easy to work with and listened to what we asked for and delivered excellent results. High quality work and good communication throughout.

Disappointing. The landscape designer who came to our personal property lacked outdoor expertise. She misinterpreted areas where I had done trench work as uncontrolled natural erosion and needed me to show her where south was. When she provided a scope of work exceeding my needs, I agreed to part of the proposal. After several emails back and forth, she gave me an ultimatum: all the work or nothing. You can guess what I chose.
There are better landscape companies to whom to trust your land, money and time. -
So this is going to the new housing installations and nothing else.
Two stars:
Sloppy installation of sod
Sloppy preparation prior to installation
inappropriate plantings of trees
Incorrect planting of trees
Trees: trees should not be installed in a "volcano mound". The roots don't go deep when they are installed like this and it causes the tree to not produce rooting that will prevent toppling.
A pond was recently "landscaped" the trees that need lots of water were put up on the upper banks, and hte trees that don't need a lot of water were placed in the water logged areas -- besides the 'scaping' of the pond makes no sense
Sloppy preparation prior to sod installation: the soil is prepared by bull dozer, and isn't rolled or tilled, just bulldozed. This leaves ruts and bumps that make maintenance difficult.
Sloppy installation of sod: I can still see sod lines from houses that have been installed for over a year, given the poor prep it aggravates the installations. -
Parkers maintained our lawn and yard for many years until our recent move. We always received compliments on how nice the landscaping was maintained and how it complimented our home. They are always responsive to requests. We appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you!

I work with Parker's both personally and professionally and they always do a nice job. Everyone I have encountered on any job has been friendly, professional and approachable. The design services are always very helpful and flexible depending on needs and budget.

I have used Parker's Landscape at my home and also use for all of our commercial properties in the Raleigh-Durham area for over 15 years. Their management team is very responsive and oversees the onsite teams that services all of our properties. They keep all of our properties in top notch shape and always perform their routine maintenance in a Class-A manor. In the south you are going to have issues with turf and plant material (i.e., annuals) during the hot summer months and they are always on top of replacing any plant material quickly. They have a separate irrigation team that proactively checks all of our systems to ensure they are working properly and there are no leaks. They are the first to respond after any storms (i.e., hurricanes, snow, etc.), often before our team is able to arrive onsite at our properties. Customer service is very important to us, our owners, clients and tenants and we are proud to have Parker's as one of our preferred vendors.

After spending ~$60k to install my landscaping and a multiple leak , @ least 6 ingratiation system Parker's fired me as too picky of a customer. Just last week my new landscape firm discovered another ingratiation leak leak as I wondered why my water bill was so high high. Their maintenance department is like a NASCAR pit stop and lacks total attention to detail:
They left my service gate open and my dog which was well discussed before the job got out and could have died, he was found ~ 2 blocks up the street. Hoses not rolled up, debris in rainwater collection areas left, promises to re install dead buses go on deft years for weeks. Go elsewhere.
