I have been in Commercial Property Management for over 20 years and have used many landscaping companies to take care of our office and retail buildings that our firm manages. We currently have five large office and retail properties in the Raleigh/Durham area that Parkers takes care of. I cannot express enough how well they are maintaining the properties. The irrigation department they also have is fantastic. For winter and snow events thay have performed beyond my expectations. Just a warning, if you ask for a quote, you will not receive a fancy colorful presentation in a nice folder with donuts. What you will get is a reasonable and easy to follow quote for service that they will live up too!

Parker’s Landscape Services Inc. installed the original landscaping at our home when it was built in 2015, and have maintained it since then. We live on a highly visible corner. Parker’s is reliable, responsive to issues. We are very pleased with the results. Many people driving and walking by also enjoy our yard. We highly recommend Parker’s Landscape Services.

I’m not a customer, I’m a commercial vehicle sales rep with Capital Chevrolet but thought this was worth sharing. I went to Parker’s to showcase one of our vehicles. I asked an employee where the owner was. He pointed across the parking lot to what looked like 50 ppl having a cookout. Full on hired chefs and grills, steaks everywhere. I approached the owner and asked what the celebration was. He said, no celebration, I just try and do this once a month for my staff. How cool is that. Every employee was smiling and in good spirits. What a great morale builder and a great way to show appreciation to your staff. Other business owners take note.

Parkers was the landscaper for our new build and had been selected by the builder (Homes by Dickerson). I found them to be totally and completely un-customer oriented. I was just the means to the end. I found them non-responsive and inflexible. Clearly I was not viewed as the customer.
More importantly they did not live up to their word. We were told in a meeting at our property that they would replace a row of shrubs that had been put in the wrong place with a new set of shrubs. When it came time for them to replace them, they sent me an email with a quote proposing to charge us for it. I refused and just hired someone else to install the shrubs, costing me an additional $1800 I should not have had to pay.
Also when they reviewed our shrubs and trees at the 90 day mark which were all under warranty, they refused to replace a magnolia that was clearly struggling and on the verge of dying.
Parkers may be fine with large builders doing a bunch of spec houses all at once, but I would never recommend them for individual landscaping after my experience. They seem to have a big deal with one large builder and that is all they care about.

Max and his dad have been working with our neighborhood for years now. They do a terrific job mulching about a dozen yards every Spring, have helped with plantings and completed hardscapes. I think they will do quality work dor you as well.

Maxx Landscaping team installed a French drain, new paver patio, and turf that completely overhauled our back yard!! Now we have the oasis we’ve been wanting. Amazing work!! We plan to have them back to plant some new trees in the fall.

We worked with Maxx Landscaping to correct drainage issues in our yard (laying underground pipes to drain gutters away from the house), upgrade our drip lines and do some flower bed maintenance. Of note, I had separate landscape designer who decided on the vision and scope of the project and recommended Maxx carry it out. Maxx was friendly, easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy the finished product! We plan to work with them again in the future.
