My washing machine broke down at the very worst time when my house was full of company. I called at 8:00 in the morning and Bob was at my house by 1:00. He was friendly, checked the machine out thoroughly. It was a pump so he had to order the part. Bob had the machine back up and running by 10:00 the next morning. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend and will call when the next thing breaks down.
