We had Jordan Heating & Air Conditioning come out and assess our damaged system. Luke was on time and professional. After inspecting the system he sent over a quote outlining our options with reasonable prices. Once the parts were on hand, two of their techs came out and swapped our old system out and had us back in service. All of my interactions with them were great and it was a smooth process. I highly recommend them.

Went with Jordan in 2018 for my new unit. Most honest and fair company that came out. Since then they have come out for routine maintenance and we have had to replace a few parts here and there. Everytime I call they are on top of it and come out the same day. I have referred most of my family to them as well. Great service and fair prices are in short supply these days, so when I find it, I like to recommend it. A+ company

Tim was very professional and spent time making sure my system was running smooth and efficiently. He even made a second visit with his supervisor Kenny who was equally professional and very knowledgeable. They quickly corrected the issue. I highly recommend this company and specifically these two individuals.

Today, 9/8/2025, we had our annual fall maintenance service. Our service specialist was Craig Stalker. He crossed every "T" and dotted every "I"! Craig was VERY thorough...checked to make sure the heat pump was working properly, changed out the filter, checked to make sure the coil was clean, ran the heat to "blow out the crud" AND took his shoes off before coming in our home! He was very professional and knowledgeable of HVAC systems, inside and out. We highly recommend Jordan HVAC to anyone looking for reliable heating/cooling installation or maintenance needs.

From start to finish this is a great company to work with. Called first thing in the morning and they were able to fix that afternoon. They do great work and I highly recommend them!

The guys at Jordan Heating & Air Conditioning are top notch. I arrived late for the appointment late and they were there being patient with me. There were other challenges before they could start doing their job. However, they never seemed to rush or hurry me throughout the process. The technicians were very understanding and quick to diagnose, assess and resolve the issue in a timely manner. It's nice to meet someone new who has a friendly personality and loves their job. Tim has a friendly personality who was able to help us greatly. He took away the worries and gave us peace of mind.

I don’t normally do this! But I am extremely frustrated. I spent $23,000.00 with Jordan’s and now with out heat on the second floor, and can’t even get Cory to call me back. 3 year old system and manufacture company has given me parts and labor all Jordan’s needs to do is call manufacturer. They told me to call and get a second opinion and that company said if you paid us that kind of money you would be on our priority list. Your system should not be down in 3 years time! I did all the leg work communicating with the manufacturer not Jordan’s.

They are one of the best companies to work with. In April they upgraded my system for me. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were fast, efficient, all respectful, and friendly. I just had them out today for maintence on my system and the were wonderful. Tim was efficient and nice. Looking forward to having them as my HVAC company for many years to come.

We needed a service call right before the last big winter storm. They were the only company to send someone out. Craig was amazing and friendly and went above and beyond to try and fix our problem. We will continue to use Jordan's for any future needs!

The most easy and painless HVAC replacements ever! Jordans team did an excellent job quoting just the right replacement. I had over 6 vendors quote the replacement and they were the best at the right equipment at the right price. Did an excellent installation and the system has performed flawlessly during an extremely hot summer so far. I have nothing but praise for their entire team! Highly recommend.

From My first interaction with Jordan Heating and AC, I was impressed by the friendly and caring response I received. The owner Cory took the time himself to reach out to me. It was past regular business hours. Yet within a few minutes of my call he was contacting me. It was not an emergency so I requested that he should contact me in a few days. My next interaction was when Pam called me to schedule a service call. What a delightful woman. She answered all my questions and made a appointment for the next Day.
Now on the day of my appointment I get a text and picture of my service technician Charles Dunn. He let me know he was on the way.
When he arrived he introduced himself and immediately went to work. Charles was both knowledgeable and very efficient in my service needs. He went above and beyond my expectations. My service call went amazingly well. The cost was less than I expected. The work was superb. Not only did Charles do the needed work. He also educated me on my equipment so I could get the maximum performance for my units.
I would absolutely recommend Jordan the company and give the highest rating to Charles.

Tim and Charles are the technicians I've worked with directly and both are extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain what is going on with our systems. The office staff have also been great to work with. Very easy to get in touch with someone about your issue and schedule an appointment. Prices have been reasonable for the level of service, professionalism, breadth of knowledge across multiple manufacturer's systems. Estimates have always been provided for acceptance prior to performing any services. Would highly recommend Jordan to anyone in the area.
