What a wonderful, refreshing experience with an honest company!! This is the third company we have hired to come to our home and fix our AC since last summer!! No one fix it and they charged us lots of money for absolutely nothing. Until Jordan Heating and Air!! What honest, reliable, trustworthy folks!! The gentleman that came to my home was honest with me and told me exactly what he would do and for how much!! My system is older so he could have easily tried to sell me a new system. But he fixed it and helped me understand what he did and even showed me pictures! I would and have recommend this company 10/10!!

Jordan HVAC did an awesome job removing and replacing our 2.5 ton hvac system. They went above and beyond letting us use a portable AC unit while ours was getting ordered and waiting to be installed. Luke was super prompt giving us a quote and answering any questions we had. The installers were super nice and very thorough. Can’t say enough about our great experience with Jordan HVAC.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Jordan Heating and Air based out of Asheboro. They came out to perform a diagnostic on my HVAC system and had everything up and running within an hour. The technician was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The service was efficient, and they provided clear explanations of the issues and solutions. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Jordan Heating and Air recently replaced our heat pump. Their service is absolutely amazing. Our daughter has special needs as a result of a brain tumor last year and they did everything they could to ensure our home stayed cool even during the waiting period for parts/supplies. Their generosity and compassion for our family means more than they will ever know and we are so grateful to have them as our heating and air company. Would highly recommend this company to any and all our friends and family!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Jordan Heating & Air Conditioning. They were flexible when I needed to change the date and time of my service. They texted and emailed to inform me when the technician was on the way. Aiden the service tech was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was very impressed with him and feel he was careful and respectful of my home he was GREAT! I highly recommend them and am a permanent customer now.

Thermostat was cycling on and off. Compensation line was stopped up and caused safety switch to engage, also the capacitor switch was faulty at the compressor and needed Freon topped off. Repair and replacement done in a timely manner. My only complaint was that they charged me! Price was reasonable!

Tim Klaus was a very professional and knowledgeable technician and addressed high heating bills, serviced my heat, and serviced my AC unit. Tim did not sell me or charge me for anything I didn’t need. In regards to the high heating bills, Tim determined that the pressure of the incoming gas was too low and my ductwork was coming apart, causing heat to leak into the crawlspace and the system to work harder. After the service, my heat is burning me out upstairs and I had to turn it down a few degrees. I quickly learned how much heat was not getting pumped around the house and how hard the system was working and I expect things to work much better now!

I am only taking off one star due to pricing. I agreed to the pricing beforehand as I was referred to Jordan from my old HVAC tech who has retired and I trust his judgement. I was okay with paying what I paid: the work is good and I am satisfied, but the standard service charge is higher than others I know of and this may be something to consider for other customers. I will say though that I was not charged extra for the ductwork repair, so it may have worked in the wash anyway :)

They recently had to come back to check up on an issue I was having and the tech was super knowledgeable and thorough. Solved my problem quickly and painlessly. Couldn’t ask for better!

My husband and I decided to remodel our sunroom. We had a difficult time trying to decide where to install a mini-split system that would heat and air the space efficiently. Jordan Heating and Air worked with us to remedy our situation providing a unit that did not interfere with the tiled wall but was attached to a brick wall under the windows. We are completely satisfied with the installation, the ability of the unit to do the job it was intended to do and to do so in a very quiet way. We could not be happier!!!!

I was notified of the eta of the technician. He arrived on time and, after finding out where all equipment is located, got right to work. He made sure I understood the work that was being performed. He was courteous and friendly, even to my barky dog! All work was performed within the estimated time frame. I feel confident in the skill and knowledge of my technician, and in the services provided by Jordan’s. I also feel like they are respectful of my time schedule and value my business. I will absolutely continue to do business with them!

My AC was out so I scheduled an appointment with a very nice lady. Tim called and asked if he could come early because he was available. He found the problem quickly, explained the problem and fixed it quickly! You have to love a company that respectfully does what it says when it promised, early even!

We started with Jordan heating n air bk in spring 2024 and so far we have had a great experience with them. Kenny did our spring check up today and nothing but good people and good service. I'd recommend them to anyone

Woke up this morning with no air conditioning called Jordan Heating and Air and they came out so quickly. Tim was so nice and professional we had air back up and going in just a bit. Thank you guys so much for being so kind and dependable.

Called around 11:00 and explained that ac was out and that a member of household was recovering from surgery. A technician was here by three and problem was resolved within an hour and price was beyond reasonable. This is why I have been using Jordan for last six years.

I would recommend jordan heat and air. My air went out this morning, i called and they were able to send a technician out within a couple of hours and had us fixed up and running within 30 minutes! Our technician, Kenny was absolutely great! I cant say enough good things about his professionalism and knowledge. I would definitely recommed them!!

Tim serviced our units today to make sure they were ready for the coming warmer weather. He was on time, worked quickly, and gave us great tips to maintain our units and make them last longer. This is the second or third time we've had Jordan Heating and Air out to service or fix something, they have been wonderful each time.
