I called and they had a technician out here the same day (not even an emergency). Greg not only repaired the issue but took the time to educate a bit & answer questions... which in my experience is exceedingly rare these days. Amazingly prompt service, great value. I'll be using them in the future for any other needs & would absolutely recommend giving them a shot.

I have always respected Gardners but after today I'm done. Had a new unit put in little over year ago and we found that it was leaking and completely rotted the floor. Gardners came out and caulked it but both the technician and the office staff admitted to me this unit was known to have a leak. Why were we never notified to watch for this issues or if caulking around the part was known to seal it and fix the leak why have they never done it in the times they've been out to service the unit? But I had to pay for them to fix the part of a "known issue" and the cost of replacing the flooring. Garners knows who they provided these faulty units to, but they never addressed the issue before it did damage to our home. Not satisfied with Gardners at all.

So hard to trust folks these days. A technician came out to trouble shoot my heat pump and in the process accidentally burnt up a few other parts. I understand it wasn't intentional, but he tried to charge me for it like they were already burnt up when he got here! Had I not been with him the whole time, he would have gotten away with it. He was a very nice young man and had the parts been cheaper I might would have simply paid for them, but it doubled my bill from 3 hundred to over 6 hundred!!!! I contacted the office and spoke to them and they gave me a credit for 1 of the parts.....to make things worse, my unit is still messed up, but it is running. My thermostat was damaged also and only works on the back up batteries now, so it will need replacing

Installed a ductless air system in my basement. Showed up on time at 8:30am and were finished a little after 1:30pm. They were very clean with their lines and making sure it looked great with the house. I would highly recommend them for any of your AC/heat needs.

I was replacing the condensation pump on my air conditioner. Made a mistake. Blew a fuse on my unit.
The guys t came and cleaned up my mess quickly at a reasonable rate. Showed me what I did wrong.

I’m a contractor so I was always good to be able to be at least functional and maintenance and do light repair. The go too guys in the area.big or small jobs

My air conditioner went out on a Thursday in the hottest part of the summer and Triad was able to move me up to the Friday after to replace my unit, this was an answer to prayer! The guys were fast and efficient. They even cleaned up the mess they had to make. The new unit feels like bathing in a piece of heaven! Thank you Triad!

Have used Triad for years doing service work on my system. It came time for a new system and the company was professional from sales to install. The installers were courteous and protected carpet from damage and went above standard to do a great job!! Cleaned up any and all mess and took it with them! Thanks Triad Heating Cooling!!

Tracy marsh was very helpful when our system went down. He was very knowledgeable and fast in the repair! The price was a higher due to it being an emergency appointment but over all experience was great.

A little pricey but I know their incredible technician only does excellent work, so it was worth it. Jeff Barnes is why we stay with Triad Heating & Cooling and recommend them to others.

Returning home from surgery on Saturday afternoon our A/C went out.We called Triad Heating & Cooling and they immediately sent out Brandon Dietz. He soon arrived, and politely and professionally had the unit running and Cooling. Fast and very professional. They get a five star rating from us!

We were having an issue with our A/C and I called Traid Heating and Cooling. They sent a technician out the next day. Tracy was the technician, he assessed the A/C and found out within about 15 minutes what the problem was. Tracy was very thorough. They were very efficient and thorough and I was very impressed. I was not a regular customer but they came the next day and figured out our problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a heating and A/C problem

We had a great experience today with Gary Wagoner! He checked out everything & he was very friendly & courteous.

Tracy came out to check out barn and house unit. Both were low on freon (sp?) so he got them back to the right levels. He was very personable and knowledgeable about everything. He even took time to explain things to me since I’m curious about it all and didn’t mind me watching. If we need help again, we’ll be calling Triad and requesting Tracy!

Jeff was very friendly, very helpful and very honest. He fixed our heating unit quickly and efficiently. Every time we call Triad heating & Cooling they are very helpful and quick to come out, we have been using them for many years.

Jeff is an excellent technician. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He has a good sense of humor and he likes dogs, we have three dogs.

The gentleman who came out was extremely nice, knowledgeable and informative. You could tell he genuinely cared about his customers and put his best effort into it. Will definitely be using them in the future :)

I was very pleased with the interaction I had with Triad. Salesman came out on time and verified what my needs were. I received an estimate within a few hours with options. The options were explained thoroughly.

Part#2, Replacement went smooth, very clean work and completely satisfied.

Bi-annual service- went as expected. Service is always great. Received notice before the tech arrived and he was well within the timeframe allotted.

Another bi-annual service completed. Showed up on time, very polite and professional.
