Adam was the salesman, took lots of time with my elderly Mom to make sure she understood all that was going on. The tech/installer was very informative. All of them were. Very pleasant experience. I did compare prices with a few other business and the professionalism shown, the warranties given and the all around care was what sold me on this company, would highly recommend!

Jeff did a great job. Greatly appreciated his communication, punctuality & professionalism. Beyond pleased with the services provided! Highly recommend.

Woke up this morning and noticed it was a little warmer in the house. Thought my hot flashes were back but then noticed the thermostat showing way warmer than what I have the air set at. Someone I trust referred me and I will say, you guys did not disappoint. From the time I placed a call to the time Brandon came out was a little over an hour. He fixed the issue and checked everything over to make sure the unit was working properly. I was so happy and so glad he came out as quickly as he did. Thank you Brandon and thank you! I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

The experience was extremely pleasant, but the cost was absolutely ridiculous, and I paid it knowing ahead of time what the estimate was, so I have no one else to blame. I will say that I needed more work done and their estimate was over $700. I called another guy the next day who did the same work for $122. They should be ashamed of themselves for over-charging hard-working people. I won't be calling them back!

Triad Heating & Cooling was able to get me on the schedule quickly to resolve my AC issue (very much appreciated in July!). Brandon was super professional, friendly, and carefully explained the issue and quickly resolved the problem. I will be using them again in the future and will be requesting Brandon. Both he and Triad Heating come with my HIGHEST recommendation. Great job!

We got a quick response from Triad Heating and Air when we called on a weekend due to our AC not working. We were given options to choose from, and they got a technician out here well within the window of time we were provided. Our technician, Brandon, provided lots of information, was easy to work with, and got our air working in less than an hour. Overall, we’re very pleased with the service and pricing we received.

We have been long time customers of Triad Heating & Cooling. Our AC went out so I called and they dispatched Brandon. He arrived pretty quick, He was great to work with and knows what he’s doing. He quickly figured out exactly what was wrong , explained the problem to me and how he was going to fix it. He had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company , like I said earlier we are long time customers (15+ years) and have never had a bad experience with them. Next time we need them I’ll request they send out Brandon again.

I appreciate the good communication by the company and the technicians. Triad/Custom makes it easy to keep up with the maintenance of our unit. The technicians have been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Jeff took extra time today to help fix a filter placement issue. We are thankful for their service to fix and maintain our heat/AC.

This is an incredible company that got a new furnace in my house when the temperature dropped and my old furnace went out. Specifically, Cody did a fantastic job and was such an incredible person!

We just bought a new house and the unit had some weird issues including our air randomly cutting off then back on and we could not figure out why. Triad came out quickly, helped fix some small issues, explained how to system worked compared to our old one, gave us great advice and didn’t charge us a ridiculous amount for the visit. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
