Triad heating and cooling always keeps us informed. They schedule semi annual inspections and cleaning with us and we add it to our calendar. If there's a problem getting here on the scheduled time or date, they let us know.

All in all, they are excellent at keeping their appointments and letting us know who is on the way.

They are incredibly professional (they send a photo of your service worker and an eta and a map to track them when they are en route) and courteous. They know their stuff and they are honest and explain things for those of us who don't speak HVAC.
Go to their website. You know that guy in the gold jacket? Well, take a look at their yearly service agreements and find one that matches your budget and sign up. Twice, yearly, they come out and do all the maintenance, preventatives and preemptive repairs all at a yearly fee that will swamp the competition and have you singing about your savings.
And speaking of the competition: we have all been there. The A/C is out, the baby is crying, grandma is having heat stroke and you go to "the Google" and find the first name on the list. Well, sadly, what you find sponsored by Google may not be what you want or need. Exorbitant prices, high service call fees, bumbling, rude or inconsiderate bumpkins blundering in your attic or basement and a repair price that will make Grandma's heat exhaustion look like a walk in the park.

It’s always nice to have some that can truly troubleshoot your gas heater.this is coming from an old service technician I always told my guys don’t shotgun and change out parts troubleshoot and find the real problem the first time that is what Brandon from triad heating did for me. He also took a video of the problem/ all I can say is they have a great technician that came out to my house.

As always, Triad HVAC came through when needed. Our furnace required replacing during this cold spell. Cody did a great job installing our new furnace. Our entire family trusts Triad HVAC to maintain all our houses.

Wonderful company to work with. The technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have used them for services for years. This year we decided to replace our system and add a mini split system to a part of the house that was an add on. They guided me with all the knowledge I needed to make my own decision on what I wanted done. I was given multiple options so that I could choose the price point I was comfortable with paying. I love working with this company.

They’re great. Josh was the technician that showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and then fixed the problem in less than an hour. Great price. Would highly recommend.

Triad Heating and Cooling, installed my new HVAC Unit. I had mine for 30 years and it decided to retire. Adam was very helpful and answered all my questions. I did not realize how expensive new units are, but like everything thing else in world, everything has gone up. I had Trane XL and it was a very good one and I wanted something comparable to it. He told me that American Standard and Trane are manufactured in the same facility. So I feel I made the right choice. Thank you Triad Heating and Cooling for being so helpful. The tech that installed it explained everything to us and showed us how to use our new digital thermostat. They cleaned up after job was done. So I'm very please with this company.

Really appreciate the response time on repairing our issue. From first contact with Ryan to Josh arriving here to fix furnace issue. Communication was great, service was great. Josh has a great sense of humor too!! We have been hesitant to commit to a HVAC company due to the arrogance and continual upselling. This did not happen with Triad, and for that we are grateful. We Look forward to getting a maintenance plan. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Jordan Heating and Air enough. Our A/C stopped working sometime on Saturday so I went online to find a place that would do calls on weekends since it was pretty hot and stuffy in our house already. I found Jordan heating and air and saw that they had good reviews. I called fairly early on Sunday and left a message for the on call tech. I figured it would be absurdly expensive to get someone out on a Sunday and figured we might just end up having to tough it out. The tech called me back within a few minutes and told me how much a weekend service call would be and it was far less than I expected. I asked if he would be able to fit us in that day. He said to give him a couple of hours and he would be over to check it out. He called and let me know when he was on his way. He had the heat pump fixed in about 30 minutes and it didn’t cost an arm and leg. I’m definitely adding Jordan Heating and Air to my contact list for our future HVAC needs!

Needing a new furnace is never a fun activity but the Jordan team was extremely helpful, and came out the same day I needed a quote. Their work was fantastic and I'm very happy with the new system. They offer 0% interest for 60 months which makes getting a new unit very affordable.

Such a great experience from the start! I made the call and within minutes Jordan’s sent a service tech right out. Luke was awesome! Very polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly discovered what the issue was and replaced the part we needed. And a followup call to ensure we were happy with the service! Who does that anymore? Keep up the great work Jordan’s!! They did a great job replacing my second floor HVAC unit. Everyone was very professional and respectful. My only issue was that the tax credit they said I'd get was not accurate. I got a small fraction of the number they presented.

Outstanding experience from the first contact to the competition of project. AC went out completely, they provided a portable unit, had a new unit installed the next day. They understood my concerns and issues and presented several options. Installation and set up was done in promised time. Technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable. From the person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment to the awesome technician, Aiden, I have nothing but praise! I called due to an issue I was having with my heat pump. I was pleased to be able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, especially since I was a new customer. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and empathetic to the issue I was having. She even helped me with a maintenance plan that would save me the most money given the type of service needed to resolve the issue. The next day the technician, Aiden, was just as friendly and helpful. He explained everything that he would be doing and summarized his findings in a clear, concise, easy to understand way. Aiden was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I understand how this business has built such a good reputation, and I will definitely be using them in the future for heating and air conditioning service and repair!
