Very pleased with my package conversion from propane to electric. Employees arrived 45min later than discussed but were very knowledgeable, kind & efficient when they were there. They left the work area clean. I appreciated their multi-layer inspection process before firing up the system & considering it a finished job. The 18 year old tech, I think his name was Richard, was very polite, professional and very good. For an 18 year old today, that's impressive. This is my second time with them and 5 stars both times.

I made an appointment and tech never showed up, I called back the same customer Service Rep answered and lied to me and said she never talked to me to make the appointment.
Will not recommend this company if they are not honest and don’t keep their word.
