Been out four times still the same problem still ain’t fixed keeps charging me each time and telling me is fixed

I would never recommend them the guy that come out tried to charge over $700 and said that the part could only come from manufacture we ordered it online with express shipping for $315 and took 10 min to put on they also charged $90 to come out and we were never told of that charge needless to say they tried to rip us off

When you call the number the guy who picks up the phone is really rude. Over priced ac unit. Found way cheaper by calling Greensboro. I guess they feel since there arnt many options in Asheboro they can charge you what ever they want. Save yourself headache call someone nicer.
