Refuses to sell to the public. I need a capacitor to fix my AC unit and they refuse to sell me the part but will charge me more to fix it themselves. I just need a capacitor

Traveled from Charlotte into the Asheboro area for light commercial hvac service. Glad I found this place. The employees are friendly and very helpful. This place had all the 16"x25"x2" box filters and fan belts needed for the job! Highly recommended!!

Saw a comment similar to my experience so I’m putting mine out there. I was not able to catch the name of the employee but he was very dismissive and would not allow me to speak in regards to what I was looking for. He did not have any customer service or customer communication skills. I build homes for a living and I would never go back to this place for anything and would not recommend it to my clients.

Came in to grab a part that I needed for one of my investment properties in Asheboro, when I came in I was asked in a rude way by the older gentleman at the counter what I was there for, I was immediately disrespected for not wearing a company uniform and not look familiar to them. I returned the part I purchased because I found a better price at a Greensboro HVAC supplier.
I will definitely be driving to Greensboro to get my supplies in the future because the way I was treated as a client is very poor and rude. No meed to do business with such a behavior.
