Lamb's was amazing throughout the entire process of getting a new unit. I had a horrible experience with a previous company and a friend referred me to Lamb's, for which I am thankful. They went out of their way to help me and their expertise helped guide me into finding a new unit. They even were able to send a technician at the last minute during a holiday week to repair my old unit long enough to get me through until the new one came. I greatly appreciate Lamb's and all they did for me!! All of the staff I encountered were very kind and really cared about making sure I knew all of my options. I am very pleased with my new unit and their overall service!! They are such a great asset to our community!! Thank you!!

We have just moved to the area and had Wayne and Dane recommended to us to fix the AC. Not knowing anyone or any businesses we took the recommendation and made the call. Boy did we make the right choice!!!

This company has some of the best techs and managers I've ever met! They are very honest and have always done a great job at my house. The prices are fair and the work they do is spot on. If you are in the Asheboro area, I would highly recommend these guys!

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! AFTER WAITING A WEEK TO GET AN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT REPAIRED, 3 INCORRECT PARTS ORDERED, AND 3 TECHNICIANS THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE UNIT!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL LIE ABOUT HOW YOU SPEAK TO THEM!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!

Came out and found problem. Part over nighted and the heater repaired by noon the following day. Excellent job.

Today they came out to my house and got it fixed my AC in less than 15 minutes and on time I highly recommend this place to all who needs hearing and cooling work done!I'm very impressed

I called four heat and air companies due to an overheating situation. It was late at night and sleeting. I got a,call back in a short period of time and the tech responded right away. Price seemed fair for an emergency repair. They will be doing my work from now on.
