Having delt with many air conditioning guys through the years the bar was set pretty low, but Thomas and his team have set a new standard for service professionals! Not only is he the kind of guy you would like to have back over for supper, but his lifelong experience in the trade has given him knowledge well beyond the competition. Give them a chance and you will quickly understand what it will be like to have a company that you can count on and trust for all your HVAC needs.

We had quick service and a very professional/friendly tech. Would use again. Answered the phone quickly whenever we called, as early as 7:30 in the morning. The tech also added an access point for us to do preventative maintenance on our own.

We are very pleased with our new HVAC system purchased and installed by Lamb's Heating & Air. They are very professional and made some changes and improvements with our new unit that have made a noticeable difference in the warmth in our home.

We had our 30 year old system replaced with ductwork. Great customer service. If anything is wrong they will come back to make it right. Would recommend and use again if needed.

Had an unusual thermostat occurrence and I was stressing a bit. But, called their office and Wayne helped me work through a quick solution. A technician was out to help as soon as possible. Great company and FABULOUS customer service!

I was reviewing the reviews and run across the one from Sharon Kenney, and realized quickly there was a simple disagreement that could have been dealt with easily. However, nothing I hate worse than the business "Lamb's Heating & Air" stooping to the level of trying to get even--calling of names, or explaining themselves on social media. If you did nothing wrong, what is there to explain???
This alone made me decide not to call them to do additional work. Sorry Lamb's Heating & Air...

A contractor friend on mine recommended Lamb's Heating & Air of Asheboro NC to me and i am very pleased with their service. These guys saved me 3,200$ on a 3.5ton (interior and exterior) unit install. Once the equipment was ordered/arrived they completed the installation fast! Their service techs left the work area clean and were very professional. Will definately use them for servicing in the future.

We had to have our HVAC system and duct work replaced. Our 80 year-old house did not have traditional chase and return system, so the Lamb's crew had to reconfigure our entire house. The experience was exceptional. They made a difficult project look effortless. We could not be happier.

We had to have our HVAC replaced in our home a few weeks ago, and after exhaustive research and about 7 quotes, we went with Lamb's for the job. We found the whole process as we were getting quotes to be exhausting and full of misinformation and confusion.....that is until we spoke to Lamb's. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and offered great insight and guidance as we navigated what was important and what would be overkill (which is what a lot of companies were trying to quote us on). Once we hired them for the job, they were prompt, professional, communicative, and did an amazing job. I cannot say enough how happy we are with this purchase and with this company. Kari is a dream to work with, and helped us through every step of the process. We are now cool as can be, and we are confident that will be the case for years and years to come.

My experience with Lambs heating and air have been worse than awful. We've had a problem with our Mini Split unit that they installed about four years ago since the day of installation. We have yet to have it fixed and fixed right. The technician Tyler is wonderful however the service manager Wayne.. well just say he's less than desirable and has very poor people skills and about the rudest person I've ever met

On a Friday evening, close to closing time, Thomas helped trouble shoot our system over the phone to get it running before the weekend (lightning strike got our thermostat). We were able to get parts from him and were able to get our unit up and working. Thanks to Lamb’s for taking our call on a Friday close to closing and helping us before the weekend! Would highly recommend this company!

We were without air on the hottest day of the year. They were able to come within a few hours and quickly fixed the problem. Very honest repairman who gave us some great advice about maintenance we could perform ourselves. Will definitely use them again in a similar situation.

The customer service that was provided by Lamb's is what made my decision a lot easier in deciding who to pick to install my HVAC system. When first calling and talking Wayne he gave me a brief history on the family owned business (I enjoyed that and the fact that it's family owned) and Kari helped me tremendously though all the financial decisions! I would highly recommend calling them to anyone!!

The last two times we had to call for service, I was amazed at the prompt reply and quick arrival of their technician.
I ALSO found it refreshing to have the service tech find a quick fix and perform some preventative maintenance while he was there. These are the people you should call if you have any problems with your current system or want to upgrade to a better one!

We chose Lamb's because of their friendliness and professionalism. The customer care is top notch, they are there for you. If you are like us and review everything before you make a decision, this is the place for you. Their prices are more than fair, we checked with 8 different companies prior to replacing our unit, they beat the companies in Greensboro by over 30%. Installed my unit 7 years ago. Anytime I have a problem these boys show up quickly and take care of it. Had a bad connector and Dane came right out and had it cooling in no time! If you need Heat or AC work done, CALL THESE GUYS!!!

We were having issues with our ac unit and called Lamb’s heating and air this am at 10, and service tech was here by 12:30! Spoke with Wayne for initial call..and he was super helpful, personable, and informative. Other companies I called were booked up, and i am glad they were- cause i will be using lambs from now on. Dane was our tech that came out and he was also super informative, friendly and honest. Previous company we had come out last month was less then helpful, and $$$. These guys care, and know the trade, with a reasonable price and don’t do unnecessary work if not needed to jack up the cost. Thank you!!
