Ragan always arrived at the scheduled time, kept me informed of what was happening with the water removal, the degree of moisture in the area and answered all my questions. THANKS! Ragan for being so pleasant and encouraging in my hot water tank flood.

At the beginning of Jan 2025, I had a water leak in my roof due to a damaged vent pipe boot. ServPro came out the same day I contacted them & replaced the boot which fixed the leak. When my home insurance company requested documentation that the leak was fixed, I contacted ServPro office & they provided pics of the work they had done & of the paid invoice
for me to provide the insurance company. Great service!

William was our reconstruction manager. This review is specifically for him and the reconstruction work of the subcontractors on the project. He was very responsive and ultimately completed a repair in only a day after we waited 4.5 months to initiate due to insurance negotiations and bureaucracy. Even though the work was rapidly completed, it was high quality.

This is the second time I used ServPro for mold mitigation due to water from the unit above me. I was not paying for this - the neighbor above me paid. However, I declined using the other mitigation group that estimated the job for my neighbor because my first experience with Serv Pro was so excellent and I wanted to assure this mitigation was done promptly and efficiently. The technical and office staff are all responsive and excellent. Kudos to all, especially Jorge for handling this during the holiday season.

The ServoPro team was very quick to respond when we had a major water leak in our home. They communicated with us on every step of the process and were very professional. They arrived for follow up services at the times that they communicated. It was very nice to be able to rely on their service during a time when we were really stressed. The teams also cleaned up when they left which was great. We would like to give them a big thank you for their help.

I have known Dave for years now, and as a fellow architect, I know what a high level of thought and detail he and his team bring to their clients projects. The Raleigh area is lucky to have him - both as an architect and person!

We were introduced to Dave after years of struggling to figure out how to expand our North Ridge home. He listened closely to our needs and proposed a creative solution that worked within our lot’s tight constraints near the golf course.
His design included a gallery-style hallway connecting a sunroom, kitchen expansion, and a first-floor owner’s suite - perfect for aging in place. He even enhanced our favorite feature: the backyard water element, now redesigned for privacy and beautiful views.
The rear of the home, visible from the course, was transformed with modern glass and rooflines that completely elevated the architecture.
Every detail felt intentional, and we’re so grateful to Dave and his team for their thoughtful and beautiful work.

We worked with Dave on a whole house renovation. Part of our challenge is that we found it difficult to envisage what could be done with the space (layout, walls, flow etc.) but Dave made the whole process very easy for us to come up with a plan that we loved. From the initial walkthrough of the space with us, to preliminary drawings and then tweaking to accommodate our needs and how we would live in the space, Dave made what we feared would be a (necessary) nightmare, into a process that felt easy and made the renovation enjoyable and highly customized. He listened to us, asked questions that informed the design, and brought to us a plan that we were excited about. It ultimately resulted in a renovated space that, while what we wanted, prior to working with Dave we weren’t sure we would be able to achieve … and we wouldn’t have without his help. Thanks Dave. I had the pleasure of working with Dave on the landscaping and grading component of a Cary Addition project. It was challenging and cross-sloping site, but I really enjoyed collaborating with Dave and his team on the creative connections between the outdoor spaces, views from the interior, and developing fun and relaxing uses for the spaces both inside and out. Dave clearly enjoys stretching his creative brain when it comes to designing the entirety of a project – the connections to the outdoors were so intentional, and it was a pleasure working with him to create something truly special. Looking forward to the next one and many after that!

Dave's creative design thinking and attention to detail is top notch. He took a regular 1990's production home in Cary and turned it into an incredibly special collection of inspiring spaces through a second story addition and interior remodel. I sold hm the house before the work, and absolutely could not believe what an incredible home it became after he was done with it. I highly recommend Dave for anyone in the Raleigh area wondering how to make their house their own, work better for them, and to be truly special. In all my years in real estate I have never seen such a creative and functional transformation, it is absolutely amazing!!!!
