We recently used Metcalf for interior painting of our home as well as carpeting. We were extremely satisfied with both of our projects. Eric was professional and thorough, we felt very comfortable moving forward with Metcalf from our first pre-project meeting. Communication was excellent from the estimate all the way through the final walk through of our project. The crew showed great attention to detail and we are very happy with how everything turned out. We worked with Carmen for our carpeting project, and encountered the same level of professionalism, communication and craftsmanship. We would highly recommend Metcalf to anyone.

We recently had our sunroom painted by Steven (project manger) and Manuel (crew leader), and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an outstanding job—very professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality work. They removed our popcorn ceiling and grasscloth wallpaper prior to skim coating, wall repair and painting. The paint looks fantastic, and they took great care to keep everything clean and tidy throughout the process. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship. Metcalf Painting and Flooring did a fabulous job installing our LVP flooring. The quality of their work was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. They went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the house afterward and beautifully painting the baseboards, which made everything look fresh and finished. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with—I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. Carmen and her team had great communication! I would highly recommended.

The service was excellent- They came quickly on a Saturday and eased my fears about the process of water damage cleanup. They have come everyday and cleaned up after they leave. They were able to navigate through all of my kids and dogs and just day to day craziness of my house! Highly recommend!!!

We had our AC leak while on vacation. Contacted Servpro and DaVaughn B was our contact. He showed up with his team on the time he said he would and did a great job explaining the process and getting it done.

Caleb came with a team to help us dry out floors and ceilings from a cracked upstairs toilet tank that ran overnight. They always called before showing up and clearly communicated what they were doing and what the next steps were.

Last Tuesday I got home from work and the supply line to the toilet in my upstairs bathroom had ruptured while no one was home. It was literally raining down on me when I walked through the door. Portions of the ceiling had fallen in my Living Room and Dining Room. I had no idea what to do. My insurance company recommended Servpro and I am sure glad they did. There was a team onsite working at my home less than an hour after the initial call. The crew was very knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned and worked nonstop until almost 1 o'clock in the morning with a smile. I would highly recommend this company should you ever experience any type of water/fire damage!

I live in a townhouse & my next door neighbor discovered a leak in the crawlspace, coming from my newly installed shower. We had a plumber come out & shut off the water, but the next day we called Servpro to assess the damage. DaVaughn Beavers was the production manager that was sent to do the job. DaVaughn is highly professional and very personable. He took care of both my crawlspace & my neighbor's as well. With employees like DaVaughn, we will certainly use Servpro again if the need arises.

DaVaughn Beavers was excellent today! My hot water heater leaked into the hallway and several closets. I called Servpro and they immediately contacted a plumber and DaVaughn to intercept further damage. I've never been through an experience like this and Da Vaughn and his co-worker made the crisis tolerable. Thank you, Da Vaughn! We had the misfortune of a water leak in an upstairs bathroom causing extensive damage on three levels of our house. Servpro came in and did a bang-up job cleaning up the mess and getting it ready for repairs. DeVaughn Beavers (Production Manager) was in charge of the dry-out effort and we could not have been more pleased of his courteous, professional and caring approach.

Maddy was great at coordinating the work without delay and following up to confirm work was done to my satisfaction. Maddy also worked with my insurance company to verify the claim line items and to coordinate payment. All in all, Maddy made a stressful experience (water damage) much better than it could have been. She is great!

Devron came out and checked the moisture level in our walls. We thought we had water leaking behind the walls but he was super honest about how little damage there was and took his time walking me through the repair process and explaining to me what I could do even though that made it obvious we didn’t need a restoration project. Despite crawling around our attic floor, and checking all the suspicious walls thoroughly I didn’t pay a cent. He was super nice and friendly. If we ever have a real disaster, he’ll be the one I call.

DaVaughn Beavers Production Manager has provided us with an outstanding service. He has been very professional and advised us with our drywall damage. We highly recommend his services.

Had DeVaughn come out during one of the most frustrating times we've had. He was prompt, professional and knew what he was doing. He knows his job! Trustworthy. Responsible. He worked hard, answered any and all questions we had and kept my husband and I from going insane! He truly is a life saver. If I ever need the services of ServPro again, I will request that he be the one to respond, I will know then, that we will be in good and trusted hands. We could not have asked for a more reliable and hard working professional. You could use more employees like him.

****UPDATE****
Maybe I should have waited until everything was done before submitting a review, but now I know for the future.
One technician broke 2 water pipes being careless in their demolition, one that I had to pay to repair, one the company took care of. A second tech broke another line another day, that I had to pay for. (I will be sending those bills in) Also, the tech said, and the others agreed, that "they couldn't do all the demo because he was looking out for us, and he doesn't think that insurance will pay for all the damages because of the mold that the water heater caused." So now, the insurance company will not cover all the "hidden" damages because they were not all reported by ServPro.
Took right at a month after pulling their equipment to submit an invoice to the insurance company, and that was only after we called several times to get one sent in so we could start repairs.
DeVaughn is calming during situations like this, but I wouldn't put my trust in him.

There was a water damage in the garage, ceiling partially collapsed during the night. We couldn't wait until the next morning, so we called ServPro. The support team responded quickly and sent the best people in less than 2 hours. Jordan and Jordan were the best! Professional, responsive, they answered all our questions, and fixed the damage.

We had a roof leak caused my another contractor. Servpro came out the same day (Sunday) and got to work. Timmy, Chris and John did a great job, talked me through every step and came out to help everyday until the problem was fixed. Thank you!
