Ultra Roofing replaced our entire roof several years ago. After heavy storms we noticed a leak in an upstairs ceiling and called Ultra Roofing. Liliana, the office manager, answered our phone. She asked smart questions to identify the potential causes of the leaking. She arranged an appointment for roof inspection right away and stated that they were not going to charge us if the fix were quick, and would provide us an estimate of repair if the damage was large and time consuming. A technician came the very next day, found a worn seal around the roof vent pipe, cleaned the area, and applied fresh roofing sealant. My overall experience with Ultra Roofing LLC has been a positive one. After purchasing a house I discovered multiple roof leaks all over the house. After getting quotes from multiple contractors I decided on Ultra Roofing because the account manager Juan was the quickest to reply to my inquiries. In addition they are not a huge roofing company (as far as I know) and had a reasonable quote. Juan came to my house multiple times to talk about the project and what needed to be done about it, he kept me informed throughout the project of any delays, or what part of the project is finished. He inspected all the work himself after repairs were completed and even had a part painted again because it was not up to his standards (I honestly could not tell the difference). The work I needed was the entire flashing around the Chimney needed to be done, I needed several pipe jacks to be replaced, as well as a few spots where a satellite dish was removed and caulked poorly. They completely replaced the shingles in those spots. In addition I had the entire chimney siding, trim, and chimney cap replaced so the entire chimney is under their 3 year warranty. I had my window repaired, and some flashing on another part of my roof done. The ridgeline was also replaced on one part of my roof after a bad storm, this occurred halfway during the project. All together this totaled to a little more than 4400$. Half was paid up front on the day they came to do the work, and I paid for the rest as we went along. All together it took about 3-4 days to do the work (not counting delays). A few of the challenges that occurred was that the producer of the Chimney cap was not responsive to Ultra Roofing, and they had to get another manufacturer to come in. This caused the chimney cap to be 100 dollars more, but as long as my roof does not leak anymore I am happy. Also there was an accident where a tool was dropped and hit my hanging lights, this caused two bulbs to break, but the workers cleaned it up and they replaced my bulbs for free. From this entire experience, I can definitely recommend Ultra Roofing LLC for anyone’s general contracting needs, they are professional and they do good work (as far as I can tell). The contractors cleaned up well and were friendly and hard working. And the account manager Juan was excellent in making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible and that I was satisfied with the work done. I will update this review in a few months or years to give an update on how the repairs have held up.

DO NOT USE, They have no integrity, cut corners and hide thier issues. They do not seem to understand the basic understanding of water flow and overlapping of roofing materials. Ultra roofing seems like they would be a good choice and are very nice, but at the end of the day, they do not know how to properly roof a house. At first I thought that they maybe had a bad guy on their crew that was cutting corners, but after asking them to repair their mistakes, I realized that the Owner doesn't know or care about quality. CertainTeed offers certifications, but the one that Ultra roofing has is unregulated and CertainTeed doesn't add any warranty behind it. The certification is basically a one day online class and shows nothing on knowledge or integrity.
I had a complete roof replacement done, but the attention to detail was extremely poor. When I arrived home, the roof appeared to be correct and the first thing I noticed is that I had nails throughout the driveway, yard, gutters and even through out the roof itself. I spent 3 hours cleaning up nails after they told me they would come back later in the week, which meant i would have nails in my tired and my kids would be playing around all the nails. I ended up collecting over 3 full quart size bags of nails.
Next I did a quick look at the roof and discovered that they left a large gap between the drip edge and the vapor barrier. They also only fastened the drip edge every 4ft or so instead of the 8-10" that is stated by installation instructions. The corners of the drip edge on the house looks like someone was learning how to install them on my house with large gaps.
I then started to notice that the starter row of shingles were improperly overlapped at the corners and that the overhangs went form 1/2" to over 2", which will cause the shingles to crack over time.
While looking at the starter row, I started to notice that they were overdriving nails through the shingles and they never seemed to adjust their nail guns. This will allow the shingles to rip off easily in any storm.
I then discovered that to save a few bucks, they installed shingles over the section of my roof that had the plywood removed for a ridgevent, instead of installing the extra section of ridgevent.
I then took a look at the step flashing that was supposed to be replaced and discovered that they left the old step flashing and still charged me for the replacement.
Lastly, I started looking at the penetrations and discovered they didn't replace 1 of the vents I was charged for, installed the wrong boot on the electrical penetration and didn't properly seal the other two.
All these issues were bought up with the Owner Juan, and we discussed proper installation of each product. When he realized his crew didn't install the proper way that we had just discussed, he then argued that the installation was fine, even though it was not to manufacturers specifications and he refused to repair the issues.
After getting a second roofing company to inspect the job and agree these items were truly installed improperly, Juan agreed to fix some of the issues. When they came to correct the issues, they ended up damaging the roof even more. They ripped, tore and folded shingles along with shooting nails through the new drip edge.
After seeing these issues, I requested they come out and inspect the repairs and they thought it was fine what had been done and refused to correct the additional damage they caused.
I am now months after the installation and drip edge is already falling off the house and they are refusing the repair anything.

Please be aware that I know the owner of the company personally through events done together and if he is willing to do this to me, imagine what he is willing to hide and refuse to repair if he doesn't know you. They will hide issues and cut corners every chance they get and the pictures prove the quality of the install.

Juan and Liliana were both great to work with. They provided excellent and timely customer service and the work performed was exceptional. I would recommend the Ultra Roofing team if you are ever in need of any roof repair or inspection.

Highly recommend Ultra roofing. They provide timely service and very reasonably priced. Recently during the snow, there was a minor leak in master bedroom. They came next day to take care of it absolutely free of charge (they replaced our entire roof in 2022)

Ultra Roofing did the roof inspection, identified the issues, came up with mitigation plan, walked me through the plan, met with the insurance company and was able to replace the roof. Juan and his crew were really thorough, handled the entire work properly, triple checked for any nails and debris around the house etc. No issues at all with the entire process and with the roof..I highly recommend Ultra Roofing. We got multiple quotes to fix our siding where needed (rotten and/or woodpecker visited) around our house. Metcalf provided a quote within two days and fully explained their process, expectations and worked with us on color selection. They were the best value quote we received and said they could start the next week. We were thrilled to get the work completed during a stretch of good weather and they worked with us and around our schedule. Their crews were extremely thorough and kept us informed of the daily plan - which was important as we work from home. I am very pleased with the results. Metcalf Painting and Flooring far exceeded expectations! I chose them because they were the only company that I spoke with that asked questions about what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions, presented an estimate that was below others, and completed in the time frame I requested. Everyone that I worked with in this company, Eric, Carlos, Carmen, Henry and cleaning crew were wonderful. They painted the interior of my house and then re-carpeted. The work was done very thoroughly and professionally, if they had questions or suggestions they discussed those with me. My walls have never looked better and the carpet is beautiful. I recommend them highly.
