Metcalf just finished our interior walls and ceilings and they did a fantastic job. Steven (project manager) was excellent to work with managing everything. It was a big job ans they we were doing a color change that required 2 coats on every wall. Everyone (husband and wife team Leslie and Mynor), Brian, Melvin and Otto were very courteous and professional. Celine did a super job cleaning afterwards. I highly recommend Metcalf.

I cannot say enough about the entire group at Metcalf Painting. Daniel Bielen, project manager, was accessible, polite, and particular about how the job was done. The carpenter, Caesar, was meticulous and friendly. The painting crew kept our property neat and tidy after every work day. We did a final walkthrough to ensure our satisfaction, but that was after Daniel did his own review with his crew. These guys are the cream of the crop. We recently hired Metcalf Painting & Flooring at the recommendation of a trusted neighbor. We are so very happy with the outcome! This is the third time that we have used Metcalf for interior and exterior painting. This time they painted the whole interior of the house as well as kitchen cabinets. The work was beautifully done. We recently had our entire home repainted by Metcalf. This included ceilings, walls, and trim. The entire process was smooth and seamless. Everything was explained along the way. there was great communication and they were prompt. They took care with each detail and of our home. They were very friendly and professional and I will call them again without hesitation!

The painters did an excellent job in my house. They arrived promptly and were courteous and efficient. Steve, the project manager, was fantastic. He communicated with me throughout the process, and did a quality control review after the job was finished. I highly recommend Metcalf!

I can't recommend Metcalf enough! After using them for interior painting, I realized that I've never had a real painter paint my house before! Steven West, their Senior Project Manager, is extremely detailed and communicative and just a great guy. He kept track of everything from start to finish and scheduled a walk-thru at the completion of the job to make sure everything was perfect. The paint crew was amazing! They were polite, fun and respectful and their attention to detail was amazing. We had a couple of walls that really needed attention and after several hours of intense prepping, they look brand new now! I will never use another company for my painting needs.

We had Metcalf come and install carpet in our entire upstairs living area in 2020.

Over the years we have had several areas where prominent wrinkles stick up in the carpet.

Metcalf determined that this was due to a manufacturer's defect in the carpet that was installed.

They've helped us submit a warranty claim and to have the carpet replaced by the manufacturer. They have been fantastic in supporting us throughout the process.

This is a big project to undertake (again), and I'm appreciative of how flexible and responsive they've been with scheduling the replacement.

I was incredibly frustrated with the defective carpet and am grateful for how well Metcalf has stood by their work.

We recently had Metcalf paint 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in our home and were very satisfied with the work they did. Lesile and her team were very professional, friendly, polite and customer focused. Any issues or concerns that we had were quickly addressed by the team. All their work was high quality, and they completed the work ahead of schedule. We were also very happy with the post project clean-up team. We highly recommend Metcalf.

I obtained multiple bids for exterior painting. Metcalf had been highly recommended by a friend, and I found their bid to be competitive. Customer service, starting with Eric Puryear, was exceptional. I was kept informed of the stages of the job throughout. The on-site crew was very detailed, starting with caulking and continuing all the way to trim painting. I am extremely pleased with their finished product, and I will recommend Metcalf to neighbors and friends.

We just had the exterior of our house painted and repairs to the siding done by Metcalf painting. Edgar and his team did a great job and they left the site clean at the completion of the work. Daniel, the project manager was easy to work with. This is the third time we have used them for work done on our home. Daniel our project manager is exceptional and Fernando who did the actual painting along with his crew are top shelf. We recently had extensive siding replacement, wood trim repairs, complete repainting of our house and staining of our deck and porch. Throughout the project they worked very diligently and professionally and kept us informed. They thoroughly cleaned-up not only at the end of the project but also at the end of each day! The project manager (Steven) was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with guiding us in color and sheen selections and promptly responded to our inquires. We are very pleased with the results! We have used Metcalf for nearly 20 years and highly recommend them.

Metcalf is far and away the best company to choose if you have a painting project. We have used them numerous times in the past with excellent results. Eric was the project manager for our job and he smoothly coordinated all aspects. He also recommended we consult with a color specialist to help us choose our colors, which proved to be invaluable. Our house required a complete repipe of all waterlines dues to repeated leaking. This resulted in over 90 sheet rock repairs/replacements which Metcalf handled. Cesar spearheaded this process with superb results. The painting was quite extensive and involved almost two weeks time. Edgar took the lead on the painting aspect. His work is meticulous. The walls and ceilings of our home have never looked better. We love the new colors. We have another project in the near future for which we definitely plan to use Metcalf. We will again work with Eric and request that Edgar return as well. We wish we could award 10 stars instead of 5, they are that good. Thanks to the entire Metcalf team.

They repaired our hardwoods after a dishwasher leak, then we had them replace our upstairs carpets a few months later. We recently had interior and exterior painting done, including new window trim (inside and out), dormer repairs and painting, and some trim replacement. Inside they painted our stairwell, ceiling and hallway, including wainscoting and a few other doors. The team showed up on time, confirmed the scope of work and completed everything with great attention to detail. A final walkthrough ensured our expectations were met. We had the interior of our home repainted. We went with Metcalf after interviewing and receiving quotes from several businesses and independent contractors. They were not the cheapest, but they were the company we felt would do the best job. Steven prepared the estimate and walked us through the process. They use high powered head lamps to identify any needed repairs and all irregularities are sanded and prepped before painting. They move the furniture and cover everything in plastic. The crew of three was in our home from Monday to Friday. They were extremely courteous and pleasant, and they went out of their way to insure that we had a room where we could get away from the painting, and each night they cleared away as much plastic as they could and stowed all their tools so we could move around and live in our home. They cleaned our home when they were done, and Steven inspected the work and made sure any touch ups were done; there were only a couple. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say we’d hire Metcalf again!
