I strongly recommend Consolidated Roofing. We needed to replace our entire roof after moving into our new home 2 years ago. Van Starling, the owner of the company gave us his personal attention throughout the entire process of removing the old shingles and replacing the roof with new architectural shingles carrying a life-time warranty. Work was carried out efficiently and completed as expected. Gardens and lawn were all protected during the daily work and clean up each day was very good. We never had to worry about stray nails or debris. Overall work was excellent and have recommended Consolidated Roofing to friends and neighbors.

Consolidated just installed my new roof, and it's gorgeous! The project manager, Steve, was very friendly and helpful. The crew was efficient and cleaned up everything to perfection. I was also impressed in my initial meeting with the owner, Van Starling, who gives an in-depth presentation and welcomes every question. This is a first-class organization.

Last year I used CRS to replace my windows throughout my house, a major project and one I was not looking forward to doing. Van Starling was open, honest and true to his professionalism.

My custom made, hurricane resistant windows were built quicker than promised and the installation, which I dreaded, was quick, clean and remarkable. I could not be more pleased with the exceptional quality, soundproofing and function of CRS's custom made windows. Unbelievably, the price for their highest quality windows was on par with the factory built windows I was replacing. Oh, did I mention that CRS's windows have a lifetime guarantee??

The last note of interest: I recently noticed a leak which I suspected came from a window or roof issue. Since Van had done both jobs, he sent a repairman out the next day! He used his investigative skills to determine to faulty area and quickly fixed the issue and I have not had a problem since, even under the same weather conditions.

I am so thrilled with the products and service after the sale that I have received from Van and CRS. I highly recommend them for any roofing and window needs you may have.

We recently hired Consolidated Roofing Systems to replace the roof on our facility. They were quick to give us an estimate, provided a reasonable price, had a one week turn around on the project, and had excellent post-job customer service. We shopped 4 different companies and chose CRS based on their customer service plus reasonable price. They were not the cheapest bid, but we really liked their service. I am very pleased with the gutter replacement and exterior paint job performed by Ultra Roofing. Everything was done on time, done as promised, and done well. I was pleasantly surprised that they went beyond my expectations and power-washed my deck while they were cleaning the house. What a fantastic bonus.

Zachary was excellent to work with. Took care of the backend stuff with insurance for the roof and helped pick out better replacement materials. I was pessimistic about unexpected major issues since it's an older house. None were encountered that they hadn't already accounted for or were quick to remedy. Immediately after finishing the roof, I hired them again to replace/upgrade the gutters.

Ultra Roofing replaced our roof and gutters. It's been a few months since the work was completed and still no complaints. Juan was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Would definitely hire them again!

Ultra Roofing was to complete a small roof and soffit repair on my home on Saturday, April 24th. No one showed up or called to tell me they could not complete the work. I called the sales manager and he had the job foreman call me and explain that because of the threat of rain, he felt that the job would not be completed before the rain started. I understood and he rescheduled the repairs for Saturday, May 1st. Once again, no crew showed to complete the work. The sales manager did show up to verify that the crew showed up, he was disappointed that I had been stood up for the second time. He did attempt to contact the foreman and got no response from him. I did learn later that the foreman's daughter had a medical issue Friday evening and the foreman had a dead cell phone and could not contact anyone. Had this company made an effort to let me know there was an issue and needed to reschedule again, I would have understood. As for the quality of work that they perform, I'm not able to give a comment since work was not completed. If you are expecting dependability, don't rely on Ultra Roofing!

Had the entire garage ceiling replaced after a major water leak. The job was done very well and on schedule. The crew was courteous and easy to deal with. Juan kept us informed on progress and expectations. I can recommend Ultra for this type of work.

This was the first roof we have ever had to replace on a home. Margie and Juan (the owners) were great to deal with, they came to our home, sat at our kitchen table, and explained everything. Their crew was efficient and courteous at our home. Before the job was done the owners came back to our home, made sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction, and made sure we were satisfied. Their customer service was so great they should be in a business where I need there product more than every 30 years!
