Ultra roofing has now replaced roofs on 2 houses for me. This was a result of some hail, wind and storm damage. Right from the free inspection to working with my insurance company to installation, Juan from Ultra Roofing has been great to work with. He made it all very seamless. The work was done over 2 days and completed as promised. I would recommend Ultra Roofing for any roof repair and/or installation work. In one case, my renter even told me that the crew was very professional, came on time and did a good clean up job when leaving. What else can one ask for?

I contacted ultra roofing for a roof inspection after a roof leak and Zach promptly responded to conduct a full roof inspection at the property. I have had multiple roofers coming to inspect the roof and I would say Zach from ultra roofing is the most genuine and reliable among those who I have worked with. He is professional, reliable and trustworthy. He gave his honest opinions about the conditions of the roof, gave suggestions to me about the course of actions and follow up after he had patched and fixed the leak which he had done a great job at. I should have written this review right away but I have not had a chance to do it. Overall, if you are lucky enough, Zach is the person you want to work with on your roof. I believe he sets the standard what a professional roofer should be, who cares for their customer and carry the profession as his passion. I am lucky to have Zach from ultra roofing working on my roof and I will recommend him to anyone I know.

Zach is an amazing contractor. He did all the heavy lifting and is extremely knowledgeable. He worked with me to ensure I had the everything needed prior to starting the work. He conducted multiple followup texts and calls to check on the status and keep me informed about the flow and process. Recently had these guys replace our roof and am very happy with the outcome. Our sales rep Zach was super helpful, guiding us through the whole process, and even managed to find and fix some issues not directly related to the roof itself. The whole job was completed in two days and would have been done in less if not for an unexpected storm (that they handled without allowing any damage). Would absolutely use them again.

I have a great experience with Ultra Roofing for our roof replacement. Juan was very helpful and responsive. He replied to all our questions quickly. All the paperwork to insurance was handled from start to finish. The quote was fair for my house and garage and insurance also agrees. The crew was professional and quick even though they had to work during the hottest days back in August. They also cleaned up daily up till the project was completed. The crew also did a post installation walk around the house which I thought was great. It shows that they want to do a good job and is double checking the work and any leftover debris.

I contacted Ultra Roofing based on reviews on multiple sites after we started experiencing water leaking during heavy rains. After a thorough inspection by the Ultra Roofing team, they determined that I had hail damage. In addition to handling the entire insurance claim side, they also performed a repair to keep the leak from getting worse. We ended up having the entire roof replaced, as well as our all skylights, gutters, and downspouts. The work was clearly communicated with us. Ultra Roofing did an amazing job repairing my roof leak and interior water damage. When your home is only 10 years old, it was quite devastating to find my ceiling, wall and base board with water damage.
