We were very impressed with the team at Servpro Morrisville/Cary/Apex. They arrived at our house within 2 hours of my call, worked for 5 hours until 9 at night to address the water damage in our house, and were kind and friendly. They came back each day to check on the status and were friendly each time. I would like to give a special shout out to DaVaughn Beavers, the manager who visited us several times. He was kind, positive, and pleasant to work with and made a difficult situation so much easier to manage. I would absolutely use this service again (though I hope I never have to!)

These guys are great, 3rd floor neighbor's hot water heater leaked, causing water to come through my ceiling. Within an hour they were here getting to work. Guys do quality work in a very timely fashion. Owner even called a week after the job to check to make sure I was happy with the work done. Very satisfied. A++

DaVaugn Beavers and his crew were very professional when they arrived at our home within 1hr 30min of making an emergency call. They made us feel assured everything would be okay with all the water damage we were dealing with. They came back the next morning promptly and continued to get our house back in order. I recently had water damage in my home and called ServPro for help. They sent out a team to inspect, dry out, and remove the damaged components of my structure. Contacting a large company I didn't know what to expect. To my pleasant surprise, I interacted with probably the best service team I have ever worked with. The team was directed by the lead Technician, Randy Baisden. He talked me through the whole process along the way, answering any questions I may have. I was truly impressed with his depth of knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism, communications and most of all, his leadership skills. I kept thinking he was a project manager instead of a lead tech. It was fun to watch him interact with his peers, Caleb Bowling and Jehson Payton, who were very polite, professional and obviously technical experts in their own right. The project manager, John Ray Jones also was very friendly, professional and responsive. Special note for Randy, it was also impressive to see how he managed the temp workers who were there for the demolition. As a manager, he has the characteristics I look for in a team builder. That beng said, a cohesive team can achieve anything. That's the type of team I saw on my site. Randy and his team will go far, I'm sure. I highly recommend them.

We would like to recognize Cary/Apex Servapro and specifically Randy Baisden and Caleb Bowling. We had a dishwasher leak throughout our kitchen, dinning room and pantry. Randy and Caleb were our on-site managers for the demo/remediation. They were prompt. They provided specific details about what they were doing and why. They cleaned up a mess before they left. They provided very specific instructions for our future monitoring/appointments (ie what level our moisture number needs to be and why). I appreciate their attention to detail and their ability to appropriately talk a homeowner down from a stressful situation while adding a touch of levity. Randy, Caleb and their team is amazing.

Steven Melendez, Ryan and their team provided excellent service and customer experience. This team was very professional and provided outstanding work in a timely manner. I truly felt they kept my best interest at heart throughout the process. They were happy to answer all my questions and accommodated what worked best for my schedule.

I would highly recommend this team for anyone needing water damage assistance in the future.

Just had my furniture moved back in by Oscar and Myran. They were a pleasure to work with. They made every effort to not scratch the walls or my furniture. The were very professional and very helpful. Thank you guys!

Caleb and Randy were wonderful! We had a leak in a second floor bathroom and they did the demolition and drying. Caleb and Randy came out and explained every step and every process. They were courteous and professional. They called every morning to tell me what time they would arrive and even told me when they were leaving for lunch and how long they would be gone. Clean up crew was great but do not hire restoration crew. We paid them 19,000 in May and never received a signed contract we still have holes in our ceiling and our floors are ruined.

PHENOMENAL company and employees! We had an upstairs toilet overflow and cause damage and ServePro walked us through the process. They came right away and handled the mitigation work. Andrew Draughon was our project manager, and again his customer care was excellent. Stayed in touch concerning repair status and kept us informed as well. The repair crew Luis and Camillo were great and completed work in a timely manner.
