We had always wanted to screen in a portion of our existing deck and covered porch but just didn’t know how it could be done right. Working with Tim Williams from Creative Renovations made it all come together. We worked through several ideas which eventually led to a design that really blended in well with our home. Tim and his crew were able to match the vaulted ceiling of the new screen porch to the beadboard ceiling design of the existing covered porch along with complementing some of the existing trim work to make it look like a seamless addition. Our old covered porch and deck area that we rarely used has become a main gathering space in the house. We love this room and wish we’d done it sooner!

Last year we selected Creative Renovations to replace our 20 year old 12' x 12' deck with a 15' x 18' screened porch and small side deck for grilling. The project went smoothly and the finished screened porch and deck turned out great. Creative Renovations was able to tie the new porch into our house so it looked like it was originally built with the house. We also really like the open cathedral style design which allows us to easily overlook our back yard. Tim Williams, owner, was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the project. Minor issues during the project were handled to our satisfaction. From the framing, electrical, painting, and screening all the the contractors were professional, skilled, did excellent work, and maintained the work site. My husband and I highly recommend Creative Renovations! Tim and his experienced team built a screened in porch and later a lower deck for us. I contacted Creative Renovations for a quote to install a Bi-Fold door between my living room and screened in Porch. Tim from CR, was very responsive coming to my house to look at the project and provided me a very competitive quote a day later. The project went according to schedule with Glass Depots who built the door. Tim's carpentry crew was outstanding as they quickly installed a support structure while creating a dead-air space to keep our living room comfortable, created the 9 foot space for the door, installed a manufactured beam for the span that met the engineer's specifications while Glass Depots built the door to final opening measurements. The door installation was quick by Glass Depots and Tim's crew was out immediately to finish the trim and remove the support structure. Tim's paint team did an out standing job finishing the job on a Sunday. My Bride is ecstatic!!!

Tim, Bob and Claude have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The workmanship on our sunroom and every detail involved has been top quality. Bob and Claude didn’t disrupt our lives much, and only when necessary. They cleaned up their workplace, told us when they’d be here and when they wouldn’t, coordinated so well with the other people involved that we rarely had to be notified, and just made things…easy.

Working with Tim and his team was a pleasure. Beautiful design and execution all the way through. He Made sure we were aware of all the steps, phases and time estimates for our sunroom. My wife and I love the new outdoor experience that Tim and his team built for us. We were replacing an old wooden deck with a new screened porch with a wood burning fireplace and deck.
