TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased and entire line of Thermador high end appliances for our kitchen remodel and had nothing but trouble. We purchased a built-in refrigerator. When the refrigerator was to be delivered, we questioned the sizing on the opening, myself and the builder called and went out to the showroom. Not one single person in either location could tell us about the specs. They explained that we needed a box built around the refrigerator. Had our builder build a box, Kitchen and Bath came out to deliver the frig and told us it was all wrong (per their specs) and took my refrigerator back. They would let us look at the refrigerator, that I owned, or help us. Talked directly to Thermador, they said Kitchen and Bath didn't know what they were talking about. Long story short, after having the manager of Kitchen and Bath come out and advice us how to build the "box", again incorrectly and having to pay my builder three times to build and rebuild the "box" around the refrigerator it all could have been done with scrap wood and done in a 1/4 of the time. I would never ever use Kitchen and Bath Galleries anyone interested in high end or any appliances, go elsewhere! They need some serious schooling on how to appropriately deal with customers. I never got an apology from anyone in the company and we deserved one!!! CEO of the company asked if he could come out and talk about our problems with the service. I took my time out of my day allowed him into my home and all he did was refute my claim. I told him before he came out that I was not going to rehash what happened but help him to improve on their customer service. I should never have wasted my time. The dishwasher broke twice after being used for less than a year, and the refrigerator was always delayed after waiting for more than a year. When I asked when the new model would arrive, They only answered that there was an old model, and soon cancelled the queue of the new model and arranged the delivery of the old model. When I asked when the new model would be available, I was told that there was a month difference between the old model and the new model. I don't know what they were thinking, knowing that they'd been waiting over a year for a new model, only to disqualify me at the last minute. I did say that if I waited too long I would have to use the old model, but why didn't you tell me in advance that it would only be a month apart. Although the electrical appliances gave me a very bad experience, but the design and service of their cabinets are good

Needed to purchase new washer and dryer and have installed quickly. They provided great customer service and resposivness. Commited to quick delivery and installation. Washer and dryer were delivered and installed quickly and ensured everything worked properly before they left. Very happy with the experience!

Both my husband and I were thrilled with our kitchen remodel design from Rebecca of Kitchen & Bath Galleries Cary. Although our house is less than 15 years old, I was very unhappy with the poorly designed kitchen. Rebecca showed us a design that opened up everything, as well as providing plenty of working counter space, while increasing our storage space. A dream come true! Rebecca has great vision as well as the ability to incorporate our specific wishes. Our project has been completed for several months now and I continue to love it more every day. I can hardly remember the old design as the new one feels like it has always been here. I absolutely love it!!!! Thank you, Rebecca!

I ordered a new fridge and range (Bosch). The Fridge was delivered damaged, Kitchen and Bath took no responsibility for the damage.
The range is taken 6 months to be delivered. They take no accountability. Their customer service is terrible. They just order in their PC and walk away !! it would be better if you order it yourself. The sales rep. hung up on me after I asked for an update.
Do not buy here. One star is too generous for this business.

Frank and his partner on Delivery team were so good on a very difficult extremely tight location.

They spent a lot of time making sure it was right!

I was going to save a few bucks and pick the appliances up, Bill talked me into using their service, soooo glad that I did.

Rebecca Rotella did a great job on my kitchen/living room in my condo - she totally transformed it! Her design ideas were so helpful and insightful. She listened, adjusted based on customer needs/wants, and created a beautiful kitchen/living room. She is also such a nice person and delightful to work with. I highly recommend Rebecca!

Fabulous experience with Kitchen & Bath Galleries, Desi, Catharine and the contractors. The collaborative, team effort and attention to detail generated an incredible home renovation. It began with Desi who really listened to our wants/needs and vision, and then creatively set out to make it a reality. I will never forget our first meeting. As Desi walked through the house, she would stop to sketch out some quick ideas so that we could envision what her mind was creatively building. She is a deep thinker and problem solver with an amazing attention to detail – all of which were incorporated in her design layouts.

Catharine made picking out the tile, flooring, backsplash, grout, fireplace surround, cabinet handles, paint colors and stain a breeze! This can be incredibly daunting as there a wide selection of items to choose from. Her experience and expertise were immeasurably useful.

I would be remiss if I did not mention that Desi had THE most competent team – from the K&BG team who helped pick appliances and install the cabinetry and shelves, to the contractors and sub contractors. Every step of the process was handled with such care and attention to detail. They excelled at all phases of this project from design to construction. We were awed by the contractors as we watched them remove and replace a load bearing wall, raise the ceiling, create arches for our family room ceiling, add new windows, add a double sides fireplace, add sliding glass doors, add hardwood flooring, install new cabinetry, do all the plumbing and electrical work, handle the inspections, install granite, tile, etc. They did this and so much more! Within 7 months, we were able to move into our beautiful, newly renovated home.

We have been in the house for almost 6 months and we still walk through our home and say “wow”. This team surpassed our expectations.

We had the pleasure of working with Rebecca on 3 major renovation projects over the past 5 years. She is a creative problem-solver and thinks outside of the design box to come up with unique ideas, making each of her projects special. Her confidence put us at ease and she was endlessly patient with us! By the time we got to our most recent projects, we pretty much just stepped back and let her do her thing. The results are beautiful, fit our lifestyle perfectly, and garner many compliments from our visitors. Another important point is that K&B stands behind their products - We have had dings occur on some of the cabinet doors over the past 5 years. A quick message to Rebecca, and someone is here to either patch it or even replace to door entirely.

We are using K&B Galleries for design and coordination for a substantial kitchen and master bath renovation. They have been great to work with and very helpful with insights and support. Work is still underway so we haven't had installation, but do far we're very happy

I worked with Michelle at Kitchen and Bath galleries and she was very patient and easy to work with in making the various decisions required with a kitchen remodel.
I have also purchased appliances previously at Kitchen and Bath and there was no pressure to buy high end or unneeded items. Everyone there was pleasant to work with and helpful.

Our project was a 2,200sf additon to a lake house including new kitchen, three baths plus renovating the existign space. Michelle Verrill was our designer and held our hands during every step of the process which included custom cabinets, granite, hardware, flooring, appliances and flooring. She had this wonderful progressive process which made every material selection make sense. She never pressured, offerred great alternatives and visuals, seemed to always know our tastes and was sensitive to our overall budget.

Additionally she made several trips to Lake Gaston to perform measurements, superivse installation and then follow-up to make sure everything came together. Our general contractor mentioned on several occasions that she was awesome to work with and made his job so much easier.

My wife and I would very much recommend Michelle. She is an excellent designer, has great organizational, communication and service skills and made this a wonderful experience. Not always easy when you have to navigate the varying tastes between wife and husband.....but she made it easy. And we are thrilled with the finished product which is also getting rave reviews from family and friends.

Worked with Michelle to remodel our master bathroom and had a very positive experience. She was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and make recommendation. I'm so happy with my new "spa" bathroom. I highly recommend using Michelle and also Frey Builders.

It was overwhelming the amount of decisions that needed to be made but Rebecca was there helping us along the way and keeping an eye on every detail. Great experience working with Kitchen & Bath Galleries, Michelle V, and the contractors. We replaced our whole kitchen - cabinets, countertops, tile, and appliances. Excellent design and customer service was provided, and especially like the calendar that was shared with us to let us know what work was being done and when. The work was completed according to schedule and we are very pleased with the result. Couldn't have done it better ourselves and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality and low hassle kitchen reno experience.

We recently completed a remodeling of a kitchen and bath with Michelle Verrill as our designer from Kitchen and Bath Galleries in Cary. Michelle offered creative ideas and excellent customer service to us during the process. She and her assistant Catherine were quick to respond to every request and consistently stayed in touch throughout the project. We highly recommend Michelle for your design needs!

Oven and hood recently purchased but you need to get your own installer. When the hood didn’t work the store didn’t want to hear about it. The store insisted there couldn’t be any issue with it. It took 3+ weeks to have the manufacturer come out, and he determined the master control board was flawed. Time for parts took another 5 weeks to order. So 2 months to get a ‘repaired’ hood instead of a brand new replacement. The company took no responsibility for the items that they sell. Terrible customer service, rude behaviour, despite selling items that never work to begin with. Failed products are your problem to deal with— directly with the manufacturer. Good Luck.

First time working with Kitchen and Bath. Overall, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process in helping me pick out the perfect washer and dryer for my new house. Will definitely be purchasing my future appliances from K&B in Cary.

Michelle is AWESOME!!! She is extremely professional, meticulous and so organized. Her work ethic is exceptional and she follows through on every detail. We enjoyed working with her and everyone in her office. Michelle always returns your calls, keeps you updated and the final result was just what we wanted. She is full of ideas and ultimately she will guide you toward your dream kitchen. We will call her again with our next project and would recommend her to anyone. We were VERY happy with everything she did! She did a TERRIFIC job!

After reading all the AMAZING reviews of Michelle by other clients I can only say, they are ALL TRUE! You simply cannot find a more dedicated, professional, patient and punctual designer than Michelle Verrill, KITCHEN & BATH GALLERIES/CARY, NC. Her precision in the technical part of the design for our two bathrooms was extremely important for the implementation of the unique and functional result. She LISTENED and guided us to just the right choices in materials. She has good relationships with other vendors, making for efficient visits as we made our rounds to select fixtures and hardware. She is organized and always has time to answer questions, no matter how busy she may be. She goes to the mat for her clients when things don't go smoothly. We have done many renovations on numerous homes and Michelle is #1 in our book! We are thrilled with our beautiful bathrooms and absolutely will call on her should we be brave enough to renovate again in the future!! :)
