We had searched at Lowes and Home Depot several times for cabinets and came upon the USA Cabinet store in Cary. Ismael Kilic introduced himself and, after listening to our needs, offered to work up a proposal and cost estimate. He also offered several cabinet colors, countertop materials, sinks and feature alternatives and adjustments as the plan developed. The design Ismael developed was exactly what we had in our mind. The greatest concern was to ensure the project run on schedule and be completed before Christmas as our kitchen would be shut down during this busy Holiday Season. To meet this schedule required the team work some late hours and Ismael kept us apprised of the schedule and everything went as per the dates we had discussed (time from demolition to completion of project was 2 weeks). It was a big relief to see someone deliver us exactly what we wanted on schedule and to our specifications . There were definitely challenges along the way but Ismael always stayed on top of them and followed up till we were satisfied.
